Although I have 3 AUs that I am doing concept art for, I have had several people ask if I will ever write any of them in Ao3. Honestly, I would LOVE to write them out, but writing isn't my strong suit. That doesn't mean I won't do it eventually, I intend to (i even have bubble diagrams of the story flow!). However, if you have questions on them, feel free to ask! As long as it's not too spoilery, I'd be more than happy to answer any questions.

Thank you for your ask! Hmm... let's see... I know Sun loves chocolates and candies mostly. Moon tends to like things that are baked like pastelitos or baklava; both boys love honey. As for fruit, Sun enjoys more citrus-like fruits while Moon enjoys more berry-like fruits.

what would happen if the professor got really sick from some pathogen they run into during their travels? How would the boys react? And which is better at medicine?

Hi there! If the Professor got sick, the boys would probably worry. Depending at what stage of the story they are in, the worry might be either just mildly concerned or absolutely panicking.

They might need to combine their efforts to try to take care of them. Sun has better knowledge of the human physiology, but Moon has better knowledge when it comes to healing. While Sun reads up on every medical book he can get his hands on to find out how to fight the ailment; Moon would be preparing meals and medicinal herbs.

Unfortunately, the boys are not great in healing magic, so they can only heal themselves. But that won't stop them from doing their best. =)

Alright I see the num nums a friend of mine left has caused some problems…I’ve got to get my shit together…

But anywho, here Moon *tosses him a pair of binding cuffs* these only work once. And should help the Professor gain some control over themselves but you’re going to have to talk to a friend of mine to get a cure for what I cause. I’ll give you a clue…next time!

Moon: *catching the bindings in his hands* What the f--

Sun: DUCK!!! *shoving Moon out of the way as the Professor swipes at them* Moon! Use the cuffs!

Moon: Me!? *throws the cuffs at Sun* I tried to stop it. You do it! You're the little human's PET, after all.

Sun: *rolling his eyes at Moon's pettiness* Are you serious?... Fine! I'll do it. *turning to the Professor and approaching them slowly. He holds the cuffs with one hand and the other in a passive gesture* H-hey... Little Scholar... you look a little wound up. How about we take a moment to relax and breathe?

Professor: *glaring at Sun and getting ready to attack* grrrr....

Sun: No, no, no. We're not doing that. *He puts both hands in front of him, dropping the cuffs* Don't you dar-- *just as the Professor pounces, Sun slides to the side and spins in a circle to get behind them. He grabs the Professor's wrists in one hand and pulls them up, leaving them kicking and flailing about a foot in the air* Moon, the cuffs!

Moon: *leaning against the wall* You seem to have it handled.

Sun: *annoyed* Of all the times to be petty...Ouch! *Sun rubs his side where one of the Professor's kicks land* Alright, that's enough out of you, you little feral cat. *Using his magic, he pulls the cuffs to him and clips them around the Professor's wrists. Almost instantly, the Professor begins to calm down. They look around, confused and bewildered* phew... welcome back...

- Well, that could have gone worse. Nice job, Sun!

I simply cannot hold myself back anymore on asking this question about ur lovely Arabian Knights story...

What kind of plot are we to expect (as much info as ur happy to give of course :) ).

When I say plot conflict I mean is it going to mainly be a story about (internal) the professor and the boys; their blossoming relationship and learning/bearing the weight of past conflict?

Or is there a more (external) nefarious motive behind the professor's sponsor... 👀

Lol, thank you so much for the lovely compliments! It really touches me to see people so interested in my little AU! Now, let me see how I can answer this without giving too much away or saying something that may actually change later on.

Ahem...

The answer is... All of the above! I can't be too specific, but yup! All of the above. =)

So, yes, the story will be mainly following the exploits of the Professor and the boys and how they navigate the ordeals that come their way (both internal and external). Ideally, I am planning for 3 Acts, where Act 1 will introduce the conflicts and the players; Act 2 will focus on navigating the conflict and obstacles; and Act 3 will focus on the resolution.

The main plot of the story is this: an Archeologist comes across an ancient artifact that houses a magical being by the name of Sun. Upon meeting each other, Sun expresses his desire to be freed from the artifact after almost two millenia of being trapped within it. Hoping to unravel the mysteries of the past and uncover information on possibly one of the most ancient civilizations to have ever existed on the planet, the Professor agrees to help him. However, after their attempt, they discover that Sun is unable to be freed from his relic due to the nature of his binding to the artifact. In trying to discover a way to free him, they come across Moon, another magical being, who has a personal vendetta against Sun and is doing everything in his power to end his life. How will the Professor bring peace between the two Jinn? Will the mysteries of Sun's binding and the ancient civilization come to light? Will the Professor be able to keep their sponsorship while also keeping the secret of their discovery?.... I honestly have no idea, 8D, so let's find out!

Hiii it’s been a while! How are you? ^^

So lately ive gotten a big ass tattoo, so in wondering

1. Do Jiin’s and Djin’s get tattoos or mark their body in any special cultural way?

2. How would the boys react to Y/N professor having tattoos?

Hi! I've been good! (Crying over the FIFA but good!)

Congrats on the new tattoo! I love tattoos, but I'm very uncomfortable around needles, so I'd never get one. But I love looking at them! All of which translates to: yes, the Jinns do have tattoos.

So, in the Jinn culture, I wanted to make it that they have this sort of "magic tattoo." It's a type of tattoo that grows and evolves with them. That's actually what the markings on their faces are. Other areas it may appear are on their back, arms, and legs. They can get others as well if they so desire, they would be a different color from their own (different magic is used to make it) but most of them prefer to just stay with their own "magic tattoo." Newly wed Jinns usually create a magic tattoo on their partner with their magic, either around their wrist or above their heart. The glow is different due to the magic being used. And it basically has the same symbolism of a wedding band.

However, there is one more tattoo that I need to talk about. But, that one is more of a branding given to the captured Jinns by the humans. It's one that is put on their back. I haven't decided if it has an effect on their magic yet. All Jinnis and Djinn have this brand.

And to answer your last question, the Professor does have tattoos! Two around their forearms! They look like bracelets. Sun and Moon don't really take notice of it since the professor usually wears long sleeves. Although if they saw it, they might confuse it for a wedding band.

I was gonna add some sketches, but I have to prep them, so I'll update this ask once I do. Hope this answers your questions!

Professor: That's wouldn't make sense, Moon, I wouldn't be able to see it--

Moon: *Yeeting the box across the room out of frustration* D8<!!!

~Hey Moon, I think you should check on the Professor.

Moon: *growling* What!?.. *he turns back to look at the Professor only to see them Poof once again. As the smoke settles, he sees them hunched over, gripping their shoulders and shuddering. He feels a strange ominous power emanating from them. He freezes*

Sun: *sitting up from the rubble while rubbing his head* Oww... that hurt. What happened while I was ou--

Moon: *shushing Sun with a flick of his hand* Be silent. *he flinches as the Professor looks up at him with black eyes and white irises. The minutes extend as they stare each other down*

Sun: *trying to slowly get up as he keeps his eyes on the Professor. He fliches as a stone tumbles from the rubble pile. Sun looks the stone then up at the professor* Oh no...

Moon: IDIOT!!! *he shouts at Sun as he jumps away as the Professor launches at them to attack*

~ It seems the Professor does not have the mental fortitude to withstand Djinns Madness. Good luck, boys!

Professor: *takes a deep breath, but upon the release, another burst of magic explodes and launches Sun back into a wall* Oh No!

Moon: pfft... *he covers his mouth and looks away*

Professor: Moon!

Moon: What? You want to blow me into a wall, too?

Ummm... I think it's safe to say they find the situation... complicated.

How would Moon feel if he actually did develop a crush on the professor, and the professor accepted? And how would SUN feel? Considering his history...

Ooooo.... Interesting question. It would depend on how the story develops ( XD Even I'm not certain yet). But in my simple headcanon...

I could picture that Moon wouldn't know what to do with his feelings. It would be like they are too big for his being. At first, he would deny it, of course. But then he would start making little awkward mistakes around the professor accidentally and play it off like he meant to do it. He would have moments where he would try to say something but trip over his words (Moon, why you stuttering?). He would probably slip up and start speaking really fast in his native tongue, only to be completely embarrassed by it later when he realizes what he did. The Professor would find it sweet and endearing when they realize why.

In the case of Sun, he would fight with all his might to shove those feelings away and bury them deep deep inside. He would deny it to kingdom come. But if the feelings become too much for him, Sun would probably start going into a panic. If the Professor knew, they would do everything possible to help him. They wouldn't force their feelings on Sun and focus on helping him feel safe first.

But, again, this may change depending on how the story turns. =)
