Hi everyone! Welcome to my main blog where I post my art! This post is currently under construction and will be updated as time passes.
Current Obsession: Fnaf Security Breach
Although I have 3 AUs that I am doing concept art for, I have had several people ask if I will ever write any of them in Ao3. Honestly, I would LOVE to write them out, but writing isn't my strong suit. That doesn't mean I won't do it eventually, I intend to (i even have bubble diagrams of the story flow!). However, if you have questions on them, feel free to ask! As long as it's not too spoilery, I'd be more than happy to answer any questions.

Ok, so I finally have cleaned up the sketches enough for them to be legible. (As requested, I am pinging @altaccgenderfluidkris for this post)
Also, please note the CW: death of characters, graphic violence... I don't know what else to put. Bad things. Read at your own discretion. Don't mess around with sharp things or hurt others.
So, to continue my previous response:
Everything is going great until it isnāt⦠One day, Y/nās father has to go away on a business trip and leaves the manor with Y/n and the servants. Sunsam and Monet remain at Y/nās side, especially when Y/n's father is away. After a few weeks, the manor gets attacked by mercenaries. They are destroying and killing everyone on the property while also searching for Y/n, heir to the automaton designs.
Sunsam and Monet immediately jump into action and focus on getting Y/n out of the Manor as they have been instructed to do all throughout their training. About halfway to the hidden stables, Sunsam lingers behind to push back on the mercenaries that are chasing them down. However, a few stray arrows get him in the leg and sides, immobilizing him. He tells Monet, who is horrified to see his brother injured, to keep running and not to stop. Monet grabs Y/n and runs. Sunsam manages to fend off 9 more mercenaries before 3 of them gang up on him and run a sword through him. He collapses to the ground dead.
Monet and Y/n manage to make it to the stables, but take cover when more arrows are being fired towards them. More mercenaries appear and Monet deals with them swiftly. However, when a small bomb gets thrown at them, Monet immediately covers Y/n and they get blown back. There is smoke everywhere and low visibility. Monet does get the brunt of the force of the explosion; dazed, he pushes himself up, only for 3 arrows hit him in the back. Hiding the arrows from view, he tells Y/n to go to the secret cellar on the property and that he will soon follow, that he needs a moment to catch his breath.
With a heavy heart, Y/n uses the smoke from the explosion to make their way to the cellar. Monet is not able to get up. The mercenaries catch up with him, pull him by the hair, and slit his throat. He, too, dies.
Dusk is soon approaching. In the cellar, Y/n finds the secret passage their father instructed them to follow. It takes them to a part of the building that has been damaged but still accessible. Inside they find an old automaton that they've only ever seen depicted in old rough sketches from the archives. However, the Automoton is completely collapsed under debris and looks like it hasn't moved in a long time. The last rays of sunlight slip through cracks in the wall and highlight the blanket of spider silk over the automaton. Y/n is at a loss on what to do.
Y/n hears voices coming from behind them in the passage and, in a panic, attempts to hide in the back behind the debris. However, as soon as the mercenaries enter the threshold of the room, the automaton activates. Parts of its body begin to glow, and a halo of light encircles the back of its head. Slowly, it stands to its full height and forms a giant claymore in its grasp. It poses itself for a fight. The mercenaries freeze in their tracks before they start to attack it. Although a bit jerky in movement, the automaton is strong and unyielding in its attack. It manages to stop 5 attacks at once and push all the mercenaries back. Y/n watches in awe.
Everything appears to go well until the last bit of light is gone from the room. The automaton suddenly freezes and drops in its stance as it shuts down. The mercenaries pause and then laugh when they realize the automaton will not move again. They spread out and begin searching for Y/n. One of them sees Y/n hiding in the corner by a fallen pillar behind the automaton. They call out to the others to let them know as he makes his way towards Y/n.
They take a couple steps past the automaton before they get sliced in two and collapse to the floor. The automaton that was previously frozen has moved it arm, and in its hand, holds a rapier. Its body begins to shift, and panels begin move and change. It's hues shift to more blue, now looking like a different automaton. It stands up straight, arm behind it back, and gestures "en garde" to the mercenaries with its rapier. Swishing its sword, it offers a single challenge: "try to get past me...if you can."
It will strike them all down before the night is over...
And that's pretty much all I have for this au . A couple of quick side notes: Sunsam and Monet's souls are both inside the Sun/Moon automaton. Also, Y/n does not know this, and the boys don't remember their past lives... for now.
It's so funny for me that i kept always check in your account ALL THE TIME for updates and i'm like: "Screw this, I want to send another ask again BFISBGIOBIOG"
Can we see more of this AU you made because I'm going insane if I don't get to know one of my favorite artist's AU and I'm TOTALLY normal about heheh but please i want information or art abt it i beg of you please-
Oh! Thank you! This was just another of those quick AUs that I haven't gone too in depth about. But I'm happy to hear you are curious about it!
Edit: Also... OMG! YOU FLATTER ME!!! I fall into your category of one of your FAVORITE ARTISTS? I am so humbly touched! Thank you!!! <333
So the reason I'm taking so long in answering this is that I do have a couple of quick sketches I did for this AU, but I wanted to clean them a bit before posting them.
In the meantime, I can tell you a bit about the idea behind this AU.
Basically, Y/n is the child of a wealthy manufacturer who deals in automaton design and fabrication. The family is wealthy and well known throughout the land, so they have many rivals and competitors after their manufacturing secrets, which they keep under lock and key.
The family lives in a large old manor that has acres of property that goes into a forest. One day, while exploring, Y/n finds a tree house with two little boys wearing well-worn clothes (Sunsam and Monet). As it turns out, they've been living off the land on their own for over a year. Y/n's father and the manor servants decide to let them stay in the manor as stall hands. The boys and y/n become friends and always play together, exploring the forest and ignoring chores. However, in one of these exploration adventures, Y/n falls from a cliff and is hanging on for dear life. Sunsam and Monet, having lived in the forest and knowing how to climb and deal with many other dangers, immediately come to y/n's rescue.
Once Y/n's father hears about their bravery to rescue his child, he decides that the boys should train and become y/n's personal guards. He gives them each one ring, which is supposed to elevate their status in the manor and tells them to always keep it with them. From then on, the boys train and grow to be fine swordsmen. Monet, swift and precise, trains with the rapier; while Sunsam, strong and bold, trains with the claymore. Additionally, Monet develops a taste for practicing music, and Sunsam with a hefty appetite, develops his skills in cooking. As for y/n, they learn their family trade in automaton design and fabrication.
And like all stories, everything is going well until it isn't. =)
Once I finish the sketches, I'll continue the story.
Heyyyy so im curious, since my b-day is coming very soon (yay im getting older) i was wondering.
How do Jiins celebrate (if they do) their birthdays? Like do they have a ritual or anything at all? Is it even of any importance to them? Do they celebrate anything at all during their lives?
If yes when would Sun or Moons b-days be?š
I wonder when was the last time they celebrated it or well..anything at all. *gives both candies* have some candy cuz i feel really bad for them š„²
You boys wanna answer these questions, or should I?...*Sun and Moon are currently off to the side munching on the candy. They love sweets* Guess I'll answer them, then. =)
Now, to answer your question, the Jinn age very slowly and can live for many, many years, so they don't really celebrate birthdays. However, towards the end of the year, they usually do like an end of year/celebration of life festival amongst all the tribes (kinda like a communal "Happy Birthday"). Since they are nomadic and resources are kinda limited to what they travel with, they dont really have too many celebrations. Most of them are done at the temples. But they do celebrate other things like the day a Jinn is officially considered an adult, the day a Jinn receives their tribal medallion, the end of year harvest, etc. Note that all these celebrations are mostly done for groups and not individuals. However, when the Jinn celebrate... they CELEBRATE. I mean, like decorations everywhere, a bountiful feast, they dress up to the nines, they do performances, they do magic, they compete in games of skill, etc! It is like the party to out-do all parties!
Regarding Sun and Moon's birthdays... well, no one really knows. They were orphaned from a young age. The only thing that is known is that Sun was born when the sun was hidden from the sky and Moon was born during a blood moon (based on their eye color).
Hohohoh!!! I was wondering if someone was gonna ask this! I've been waiting for this ask! Well, my curious anon, allow me to explain... ahem...
Firstly, let's start by clarifying what Sun and Moon are: a Jinn. They are mythological/supernatural beings that, according to their religious text, come from the Smokeless Fire. I went online and found that the best way to explain this "Smokeless Fire" is that it basically represents a state of purity, incorporeal energy, mobility, and moral duality. The reason iron is a weakness to them is because it strongly disrupts this elemental essence.
Now, out of the 4 aspects of the Smokeless Fire, the biggest thing to take away from this is that the Jinn have a strong moral duality. That means they have the freewill to do great good or terrible evil. So the difference between a Jinni and and Djinn, is how much closer the Jinn is to one or the other. In other words, how close is their morality to good or evil. Now you might ask: "Are you saying Sun is good and Moon is evil?" Not exactly, the humans, as the ones creating the artifacts, set the rules, which in this case gets reduced to: "How willing is the Jinn to fight back? How willing is the Jinn to kill? How willing is the Jinn to obey? Etc." The humans place the parameters, and based on the Jinn's morality, they become either a Jinni or a Djinn.
A Jinni is more likely to be obedient; a Djinn is more likely to fight back. Their tendencies and nature have a say in what they become. Sun's nature is more receptive to new things, so he tends to be more open-minded and understanding. He would rather try to find a way around an obstacle than turn away from it. Moon's nature is more unfriendly, so he tends to be more stubborn and closed-minded. He would rather follow tradition, even if it meant never growing.
Now, for the biggest difference between a Jinni and Djinn. Jinni are like house servants. They are a commodity. They grant minor wishes for their masters so their magic has high restrictions on it. The only advantage they have is that they tend to be summoned more often and get to remain outside of their artifacts for longer periods of time. Now, the Djinn have fewer restrictions on their magic, but they tend to be summoned less and forced into their artifacts more frequently. Their main purpose is to be summoned to kill or assassinate. Only trusted soldiers and higher-ups are allowed to have Djinns. Djinns are the only ones who can kill other Jinnis or Djinns (or humans). None of them can harm their master.
I did say id paint him BUT i wanted to try something new šā šš»šš»
Hopefully u and Moon like it cuz it was even harder than painting, had extra time today and motivation so what better way to spend the time than drawing?
Havent drawn like this in 4 years so im rusty š
Hopefully youre not annoyed that i draw the characters so often, at some point ill draw something else im sure-
Credit on the post ill make ofc :3
Kk bye bye :D
š
X3 Why would I ever be annoyed? You're giving me fanart art of my Bois and you think that that would annoy me? Pish-posh-applesauce! I am touched that you would even take the time to do this! <333 I POSITIVELY LOVE IT! THANK YOU!
I love his widdle sour expression! YOU DID SUCH A GREAT JOB WITH THE DETAILS! THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS WITH ME! <333 AMAZING WORK!!! <333
Edit: Also, let me post the link to your actual post here
Do you two realize that if you are the last of your kind in this world, that you two ONLY got each other now?
No other species will understand you two unlike each other, how does it feel?š
Comforting or scaring?
Moon: It's doesn't matter. We... *he points to himself and Sun for emphasis* never understood each other to begin with.
Sun: *about to say something, but deciding not to*...
Moon: And to answer your question, it feels neither comforting or scary. Just hopeless...*subtly, he demeanor begins to shift, an unsettling grin falls onto his face as he side glances Sun*... So what does one less Jinn in the world matter?
Sun: *taking notice* Uh... Moon? Are feeling...ok? *ducks out of the way as a sword flies past him* Right, Djinn's Madness. Time to go!
Ok, so I donāt know what this is yet, but something is definitely cooking in the back of my brain. Might be a passing fancy or a new AU. Who knows? All I know is that I was listening to the OST of a game I never played before (recommended by some friends), and I just went with the vibes. Nothing too crazy, somewhat quick doodle. Wanted to get some basic colors down and a general feel for them. =)
There were some other sketches I had been working on. I was exploring the idea that Sun and Moon were human before their souls got transferred into the above Automaton.
Lately, I've noticed there's been a lot of mermaid talk about Sun and Moon and other great things ^^
So, a quick question about your Arabian Knight AU :)
If, hypothetically, Y/N were secretly a mermaid, how would Sun and Moon react? Would they be surprised, or perhaps wouldn't they believe their eyes?
Hehe, I've been wondering about that a bit these last few days and I'm curious to know everyone's reaction ^^
(If you don't want to answer, I'll understand, don't worry ^^)
I wish you a good day/night :]
Hmm... If Y/n were secretly a mermaid, I suppose the boys would be quite shocked and confused. Truthfully, it shouldn't surprise them that mermaids exist. After all, in their teachings, they believe that The One created all manner of creatures from different elements in nature. Mermaids are just one of those creatures.
But as to how they would react to Y/n personally... Sun would probably start questioning them about everything and trying to study them up close. After all, he has read countless scrolls in his lifetime, and his curiosity knows no bounds. He would obsess over their abilities, their anatomy, their appearance; at some point, it may become difficult to distinguish between innocent curiousity and obsessive interest. Moon, surprisingly, would be more at ease around Y/n now that they know they are not human. However, he will still be cold and keep them at a distance. At some point, he might take pity (or be annoyed enough) that he'll have to drag Sun away to give Y/n a break from the excessive questions.
However, both of them would be very mindful of Y/n's needs. After all, they would literally be a fish out of water... and they are in a desert... like, wtf Y/n? Why would you put yourself in a desert if you need to be near water?! They would literally be talking to Y/n one second and then dumping water on them so they don't pass out from heatstroke the next.
But they would probably feel some sort of camaraderie towards Y/n since they are also a creature that has become a myth to time, like them.
And yes, the Sun and princess were inspired by one of the previous asks. The Moon sketch is just me working on a new version of Moonās assassin clothes. I apologize for the blurry quality, I was scaling the sketch so I havenāt gotten to refining it.
*Walks up and puts down three copies of a painting for Sun and Moon too*
I tried guys, after 6 HOURS of labor, crashouts and testing of my patience on 100%, i am finally finished.
To be honest this was the most detailed and fine work i ever did on a painting and needed the most time, like i said im not an expert and i do it out of a hobby.
Little gift for you since i really fell in love with your Arabian Knightās au, i know i said id do Sun but it felt too wrong to paint him and leave Moon out. Plus Moonās my fav character sooooooo i did add him a lil bitš because well i love that grumpy guy. (might paint Moon again cuz likeā¦grumpy needs love too bro i love him so muchš¤š»)
Again youre doing a wonderful, amazing, incredible job, I LOVE your blog and i hope you like it. If you wanna see the sketching of it iāll post it on my account (ofc ill credit you and tag your AU).
Keep up the good work š„°
Kisses for all of uš
āPS: fun fact i ran out of dark blue paint before i started, every store is closed cuz of a holiday so i used blue lipstick (Im creative xD) for Moon, yes i sacrificed my only dark blue lipstick for him, worth itā
Ohā¦. MYā¦..GOD!!! LIKEā¦THANK YOU!?!?! I MEAN, THIS IS AMAZING AND I AM SO TOUCHED AND HONORED THAT YOU WOULD TAKE THE TIME TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS FOR ME! I MEAN, LOOK AT MY BABIES! YOU DID SUCH AN AMAZING JOB WITH THEM! AND IN TRADITIONAL MEDIA TOO! I HAVENāT SEEN TRADITIONAL MEDIA IN SO LONG, THIS IS SUCH A BREATH OF FRESH AIR! NOT TO MENTION HOW VIBRANT THE COLORS ARE! EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL!!!
Also, I love and feel bad that you had to use your blue lipstick for Moon, XD That makes this painting that much better!
You did such a wonderful job! And I love that you even did Sunās Jinni bottle! The details and the expressions look positively lovely! Thank you once again for this beautiful piece! Truly I am very touched that you would take the time to do something this lovely! <3333
You mentioned that there is an entire tribe of healers, how does that work? Do people go to that tribe to learn how to heal and then go back to their own tribe? Do they send people to take care of certain tribes? I'm really curious about their role in society and how an entire tribe became dedicated to healing.
Hope you are having a wonderful day/night š
<333 Thank you so much! I hope you are too!
As for your question, I'm actually in the process of reworking some of the other tribes to fit the story better. So, the idea is that, yes, there is a whole tribe dedicated to just healing. The same way that certain tribes have an aptitude for certain things, this tribe will have tremendous capabilities in the healing field. All Jinns are able to heal themselves, but healing others is something only a few can do. If any Jinn shows this capability, they are sent to the healing tribe to expand on it (this is very rare, btw).
Whenever there is an emergency like someone is really hurt or very sick, they usually summon a healer from the tribe to go tend to them. If the ailment is too much and requires more attention or powerful remedies, then they are brought to the temple of the healers. As I had mentioned before, there is more than one temple that belongs to the Jinn, the healing temple is one of them.
In some cases, when a healer has achieved official healer status, they are then free to remain at the temple or become a traveling healer or become the official healer of one of the other Jinn Tribes.
So arabian knight Sun, he was in a relationship with the princess but likeā¦how was it? Was it rather friendship style or serious or even intimate/profound?š
It was... a little bit of everything and a bit complicated. Like, both parties were not quite sure where they stood. Their status and race did not help in the matter either. But it was deep enough that perceptive people started to notice something was up. It definitely started out kinda like a rivalry between the two: the Princess would use her influence to bully and boss Sun around; Sun in turn would use his sharp wit to take her down a notch. But then it developed into a sort of mutual understanding: They were both interested in the sciences, they wanted to learn about each other's respective race, and they wanted to travel. Gradually, conversations became more personal, glances lingered longer than normal, small hand gestures and placement would speak louder than words, spatial proximity was becoming too friendly. And eventually... it led to more private interactions.
I would also say that the first time Sun and the Princess began to get close was when Sun found her crying by fountain in the Grand Library Garden by herself. It was the first time he had seen her so vulnerable. She had expected him to put her down, but instead, he comforted her with calm, kind words. The Princess couldn't stay away from him after that. The companionship was something new to both of them, and they latched on to it like a lifeline. After all, despite the Princess being "loved" by all in her Kingdom, despite Sun being considered a brilliant and "admired" scholar by his tribesmen, both individuals were very lonely.
When Sun had to depart back to his tribe, the Princess would spend long hours by herself, doing the bare minimum to interact with others. As soon as she caught wind of him coming back to the Kingdom she would do everything to always "coincidentally" cross paths, or have spare time, or order her bodyguards to do a very "important" task and not to worry because Sun will keep her safe or she will have him beheaded. Sun always cringed at that. The Princess had no ability to make jokes.
Despite all this, they still needed to play their roles. As close as they got, the Princess would still keep a wall between them. Things that she would keep to herself that Sun knew she would never tell him. He never pushed. After all, what were they to each other?
Question. For your Arabian knights au. What if yn was a kid instead of an adult when they found the jinnis and freed them? I saw another ask where it said theyād just leave them alone. But if they were a kid would Sun/moon still leave now that they have no obligation or would they be like ooo my baby now? Like non verbal adoption
Interesting question! The thing is that if Y/n finds them, they are still trapped by their artifacts so they canāt just leave. But if they were freeā¦
Letās see, Jinn are very community oriented. They believe in the "it takes a village" philosophy. Now, Y/n is human, so the boys would likely not want anything to do with them (especially if there are other humans around). HOWEVER... if Y/n was, letās say, an orphan and on their own... well, that would have Sun and Moon feeling some sort of way. Despite their personal feelings, it wouldnāt sit well with them to abandon a child, period. So yes, they would "hypothetically" adopt Y/n in a sense and care for them. It is, after all, their custom to care for the Jinn children, no matter who they belong to. At least until they can find a human who can take care of them.
So like i wanna ask, could i paint either Arabian Knightās Sun or Moon for you?
I really like to paint characters from different fandoms or stories and post them on my account (ofc with creditās). Iām not the best but itās something i enjoy doing.
Though i cant decide if i wanna do Sun or Moon (since i only got enough spare time for one) sooooā¦i wanna ask you, who do YOU want me to paint?š
You can choose and ill paint them for you, like a lil gift sorta since i really love your blog :3
š
WAAAAHHHHH!!! THAT'S TOO KIND!!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY EXCEPT THANK YOU SO MUCH! <333
Oh gosh, to pick between the boys is so hard! I love them both equally! My babies!
The only fair way to i can think to do this is to let chance decide. So I'm gonna take a coin and flip it! One moment please!
....
AND THE FATES HAVE DECIDED! SUN IS THE CHOSEN ONE! <333
Don't worry, Moon, if someone offers next time, I'll pick you.
Once again, thank you so much! I look forward to seeing it!
Do Jinn have purple blood? Also what does their form of medicine look like if they do bleed?
Hi! So, the simple answer is that Jinn do not have iron in their blood, so it's not red. In the case of Sun and Moon, their tribes have different colors for their blood. The people of Sun's tribe have golden/orange blood. The people of Moon's tribe have magenta/indigo blood.
As for the medicine, they all learn to do healing magic for superficial wounds. In other words, all Jinn are capable of healing themselves with their magic. However, if it's something more serious or an illness, they need to be taken to a Jinn Healer that specializes in healing magic (completely different tribe). =)
Imprisonment has made this healing ability very difficult to do for some of them since it binds them from using it. For example, Jinni's cannot use healing magic, while Djinn can. However, that's only because Djinn are for combat instead of commodity. So fast healing is important.
Would Sun ever open up to Moon about what really happened? and how would Moon respond?
Yes. He would. But he would have to build up the courage to do so again.
He had tried to do it once before when they were first imprisoned, but Moon wouldnāt have any of it. Sun never had the chance to tell him everything.
Sun: (remorsefully) Moon, pleaseā¦forgive meā
Moon: (disbelief) Youā¦dare?
Moon: PARDON YOU!?
Moon: Never.
āāāāāāāāāā
Maybe in the future Moon would be willing to listen.
