wyattcano:
The mission took an emotional toll on Wyatt. He’d probably go back to his regular, careless self within a day or two, but it was always hard to sleep after a mission. He dragged his blanket on the floor as he made his way to the other’s room, rubbing his sleepy eye and yawning quietly. “Can I crash with you? I don’t feel like sleeping alone.” he asked, crawling into the bed before giving them a chance to answer.
Olivia hadn’t been asleep when she heard Wyatt’s voice, she’d simply been resting her eyes for five more minutes.. or so she had kept telling herself ever since she’d returned to her dorm room, kicked off her boots and collapsed on her bed in an exhausted heap. Still, no matter how long she’d lay on her bed for with her eyes close, she hadn’t managed to fall asleep. “Does this look like a bed and breakfast to you?” Olivia groaned, sitting upright and arching a brow at the other Agent. “Get out before I throw you out and I promise I won’t be gentle about it either.”
terrafael:
“Look what I managed to score,” Rafael exclaimed as he entered the leisure room, large grin on his lips and dimples in his cheeks, as he pointed at the bottle of tequila in his hands. “Last bottle of booze in the supply room, and I’ve got it. Maybe if you ask nicely, I’ll let you have some.” Moving to one of the open spots in the room, he quickly found himself sitting on the couch as he unscrewed the lid.
“Pour me a shot or I’ll burst your eardrums with a whistle.” Olivia threatened with a smirk, grabbing one of the cushions from the sofa she was sprawled across and throwing it with deadly force in Rafael’s direction. After her last mission involving psychic twins, alien weaponry and berserker soldiers, Olivia needed a drink now more than ever. It was one thing to be recruited into a programme that granted certain people with enhanced abilities, it was a whole other thing to accept, never mind come face to face with weapons that probably came from the same planet as the god damn Predator.
Soldiers #9 & #10 || Jules & Liv
agent-masqxerade:
Jules rolled her shoulders as Dr. Prime began listing off assignments for their mission. She’d be lying if she said she wasn’t nervous but, well, that was kind of her thing anyway. But regardless of nerves or otherwise, she’d been upping her training in preparation for such a combat oriented mission and she felt ready. And honestly, it was kind of fun being able to shift into someone who could lay out another person with just one punch. Hearing her name, she nodded as Prime pointed out two soldiers, a doctor and a burly looking soldier, listing of Liv’s name as well. Moving closer to the other woman, Jules’ kept an ear out for her name as she spoke quietly. “We can definitely take them.”
@agentsiren
Olivia had no doubt that she could handle the two soldiers Dr. Prime had assigned her to take down with the help of Agent Masquerade, it was the latter she was worried about. Olivia could take down several opponents single-handed without breaking a sweat, but facing two soldiers who shared a psychic bond while also trying to protect another agent who wasn’t fully trained in combat could be somewhat of a problem. “Can you?” Olivia asked as she sunk back into her chair, kicking her feet up and resting her boots on the table. “Because I can’t hold your hand and kill the twins from The Shining at the same time.”

dovbtless:
aiden has always felt a tension around unfamiliar faces. a tension that bordered on anxiety hidden behind an angry facade that he wanted to stomp out like a cigarette. it seemed like a constant, every few weeks he’d see a new bot with a 100-watt smile, or a fresh recruit shaking in their boots. it wasn’t anything he wasn’t used to, but years in solitary lead to a paranoia he didn’t know how to shake. his glare, fear in tired eyes, knitted brows, seemed to stick on one of these unfamiliar faces for a bit too long —- but that didn’t stop him from staring.
“Stare a little harder dude, I don’t think you’ve completely nailed the creeper look just yet.” Olivia teased, resting her arm comfortably on his shoulder. She turned her gaze to the group of new recruits he was staring so deeply at, there didn’t seem to be anything out of the ordinary about them. Which probably meant they hadn’t been hand picked for the hellfire programme that they’d been selected for. “Probably a group of new Virtues. How long do you think it’ll be until one of them pisses their pants?”
pynksloane:
she knew that she needed to shut her eyes even just for an hour or two, but nicola just couldn’t. she would pass out for a while, but would wake up sweating like a pig. she always felt struggle in her dream, a struggle that felt so real sometimes she isn’t aware that it’s just in her head, that it happened a long time ago. she sat on the edge of her bed and uncapped one of her vodka, pouring some on her glass and took a sip, when she heard a knock from the outside. the blonde quickly changed into a fresh shirt and walked up to her door, seeing who it was.
Olivia tapped her foot impatiently as she waited for agent pynk to answer her door, she might have been concerned about waking the other agent up so late in the evening if it wasn’t for the light spilling out under the crack in her door. Olivia had passed by Pynk’s bedroom several times in the past when everybody else was asleep, the light glowing under her door a regular occurrence. It was how she knew she’d be awake right now, or more so that she knew there was a strong chance that the other agent would be awake right now.
“I saw the light under your door and I don’t feel like drinking this bottle all by myself, so..” Olivia pursed her lips, shrugging as she waited for her to invite her in. Olivia could have happily drank by herself for the night, pouring herself glass after glass until she either passed out in their living quarters or in the bathtub again.
ofvipcr:
mission reports were always the bane of nikki’s existence; more often than not, a glass of wine helped her get through it. this time, however, one glass turned into two, which turned into her finishing the whole bottle instead of her report. the hangover she was currently waking up with was certainly indicatory of her lack of self control the night before. she groaned, the thought of having to walk all the way up an entire floor to reach food seemed like a feat far too great. always one for great ideas, nikki decided that even in her – probably still intoxicated – state, she’d be able to teleport at least up one level without too much difficulty. her head pounded as she closed her eyes and tried to concentrate, a familiar sensation sweeping through her body. her eyes opened. she had no idea where she was. “fuck me.”
Olivia had spread herself across one of the sofas in the agents living quarters, carefully applying a fresh coat of paint to her toenails. Life as a Tartarus agent didn’t leave much room for simple mundane pleasures anymore, nor did she much need to pamper herself and pay too much attention to her appearance anymore when her life consisted of only being allowed outside of their underground facility when they needed somebody putting down. There was only so many opponents she could kick in the face before it started to chip away at her paint job. Still, she’d found a moment to herself and allowed herself to indulge just this once until a familiar brunette blinked into existence, catching Olivia’s attention from the corner of her eye.
“While i appreciate the offer, I’m a little busy right now.” Olivia quirked, flashing the teleporter with a warm smile as she applied the final few strokes to her toe nails. “What do you think?” She poked her foot in the other agents direction, wiggling her toes slightly.
Empath: Would you and any of your friends be open to a group movie night?
Empath: I'm trying to do something that would bring all of the agents together - besides missions and training.
Empath: So just let me know.
Siren: What are the movie options? I'm not watching any coming of age teen rom-coms
Siren: Will there be snacks?
Siren: And wine?
lilithoftartarus:
Chris gave out a sigh and laid back onto the couch. She reminiscenced in of the times where she lived with a complete sense of adventure. It’s not that she hated being in Tartarus, she liked it. Her new abilities we fun to play with, every new mission was an new thrill. She just missed the outside world. She missed full control of doing what she wanted. She misses a time when she was just able to be her.
“Honestly, I’m pretty sure I reached my peak when I turned twenty-four. I mean, I had a hot bod, I could do anything I want, and I had a good amount of cash coming in because of a slightly older more generous older man. I mean, I literally walked into a bar once and someone immediately yelled ‘dibs!’ And guess what? We ended up banging five times that night. I reached my peak a decade ago, and I’ll never be able to go back.”
“Sounds like you wish you could take a trip down memory lane.” Olivia noted, stretching her arms high above her head until she felt the familiar and satisfactory click of her back. “I’m sure there’s at least one person around this place with that kind of power. Someone called Reminisce or Deja vu maybe?” She gave a careless shrug of her shoulders, there seemed to be somebody with every other power around Tartarus. Hell, there was even somebody with the power of lactokinesis. Why wouldn’t there be somebody who could help you relive your favourite memories?
