My big mushroom at the End of Year Show at the Strode college, surrounded by beautiful works of other artists from the college. What a journey did I go through the last two years? I’ve learnt so much and met so many nice people. Wonderful!!!

These are my small scale models before I start modelling my big 3m tall mushroom. I used cotton fabric and synthetic stuffing, but for the big one I shall use straw instead.
My favorite paintings “Nudes” from Saul Leiter, taken at the Photography Museum in Berlin this February.

My last adventure on the art foundation course was creating this little puppet. It was in the back of my mind for long time. Surprisingly, it manifested itself very quickly, because most of materials were in my art room already. I used wire for the structure, cloth strips to wrap it, some glue to fasten the fabric together, drift wood for the head and a dry twig covered with lichen for the staff.

Dedicated to Oshun the African Goddess of Fresh Water and Beyonce who in 2017 came on stage for her Grammy performance heavily pregnant and dressed as Oshun.
It is painted on canvas using collage, oil paints, sand and PVA glue.
I liked this sculpture at Tate Britain, in support of the Rachel Whiteread retrospective. Action: To find out who this is by ?
I loved the loose marks and rough surface texture.
