The concept of Aiza being a regressor and having Kitana and Yuna as their caregivers...
Aiza who struggles with identity issues and who expresses themself via idol activities…being a regressor.
Yuna surprisingly being the stricter cg while Kitana is softer on little Aiza.
Little Aiza whose personality does a complete 180 from her usual go-with-the-flow energy and turns into an anxious wreck.
Little Aiza who is so easy to bring to tears when small and Yuna who wipes her tears, squeezes her shoulders, and has her repeat affirmations while Kitana rushes about getting snacks, water, and way too many stuffies.
Alternatively, little Kitana who's absolutely mortified about regressing in front of Aiza and Yuna because she's physically older and the cg duo in question shushing her and cooing about how small she is.

Honey and Cookie being the iconic little and flip duo. Honey is so easy to keep entertained that Cookie has no issues watching her even though he has low energy. Cookie will often just put on a cartoon and set up some coloring books and crayons for Honey, sit on the couch and rest his eyes. Half the time Honey stays put, and the other half Cookie wakes up to Honey asleep on their lap.
Toffee used to be Ray's caregiver back when he used to regress often. Nowadays, Ray is more of a caregiver (But a flip) he still looks back on his regressor days very fondly (I promise he gets a chance to regress again lol) Toffee is determined to make age regression a more socially accepted coping mechanism thus why she goes into psychology studies in college. Ray (Along with the rest of the main characters in this story of mine), are her biggest motivators to keep studying and researching.
Coco and Berry are inseparable playmates. (On Coco's end at least) Berry prefers her time alone, but when Coco is feeling particularly little, Berry will sit with him. They both have the same age range but it's very rare that they land on the same age.
Princess doesn't have a favorite caregiver...at first. She ends up forming a soft spot for Dough (Mostly because Dough fell for one of her pranks and wasn't even mad about it. It made Princess feel guilty) Dough is one of the only people who can get Princess to calm down when she's acting up and it's usually by bringing her into the kitchen and letting her help bake treats.
