Im going back to my bunny roots! I havent had a bunny themed blog in soo long! I remember when I first started my blog and I had it bunny themed for months! Its honestly really sweet how it all circles back! Hope everyone likes the new theme! It also matches my name! Which if you havent seen my description, its bunny!

Um update post to another post I delted. But I ended up deleting all my tiktoks I made about my regression. Matter affect I deleted every tiktok I made period. I had alot of unsafe people interacting with my post. I felt exposed and ashamed. I felt I was shareing something vulnerable I didnt want people to see. I originally started posting because likes and follows give me dopamine. I just feel much safer on tumblr hidden behinde a screen with no face. At least this way I know no one is looking at me in a gross way. Or wanting to take advantage of me.

As someone who gets stressed out very easily I think taking stuffed animals everywhere is a big help! Wether its a small key chain plush or a mid sized weighted one, their all very helpfull! I had a phyc appointment recently and very unapologetically took a stuffie. I was shy about it at first but it helps so much!! BRING THAT STUFFIE GUYS!!!

Im so beyond greatful for self regulation tools and comfort items. Earlier I was very panicked and felt incredibly guilty for no reason. So I took my prescribed anxiety meds, layed my weighted stuffy on my chest, and watching aquarium footage with music. When I tell you I felt soooo relieved! I ended up taking a nap too :)). AQUARIUM VIDEOS OF JUST FISH SWIMMING AROUND IS SOO UNDERATED. I SAT AND WATCHED IT FOR LIKE A GOOD 15 MINUTES.

Sometimes being a permakid is getting overwhelmed with difficult tasks that are supposedly doable for someone your age and just crying. I cried to my mom about how overwhelming it is to function and do things that are expected of me for my age and how I never asked to be born. I'm not suicidal but sometimes I wish I could disappear or just not exist after childhood. It's just all too much.

I had some baby time tonight! I put on my onesie and got out my matching paci! Then I cuddled my semi big weighted stuffed animal. I could LITTERLY feel the anxiety leaving my chest. I also put on some soft music and filled up my bottle! Using my comfort items is such a relief some times.

Honestly as much as agere is a life style / involuntary for me it genuinely plays a huge role is distracting me as someone who is sad/worries a lot. I have to keep myself distracted or not thinking pretty much 24/7. Otherwise I become sad or distressed about one thing or another. So being able to focus on the thing that makes me happy helps a lot. Agere had become my main distraction and escape. To avoid bad thoughts I come on here and look at all the amazing agere post. Or I do things like color, puzzles,play with toys,take a nap with soft music, etc.Maybe it's not the healthiest strategy to distract myself all the time but at least I'm doing it in a way that doesn't hurt me. For a long time I thought I was a little for fun but now I've come to realize it's a coping strategy.
