never not looking up at tree tops.
a random church on a blue sky day, in our town of tavira.
lake lucerne, or the lake of the four cantons. it was a good day, perfect weather, catching up with our friend, walking around the city and just taking in the view from the water.
more bits of luzern.
on a one-day trip to luzern to last october, to visit a friend we hadn’t seen in years. worth the expensive train ride!
on a ferry to somewhere else.
koh samui! warm waters, and lots of plastic in the shore. my favorite part was riding around in our rented scooters. :D
i seem to shoot these paper lanterns frequently. 😅
the craziness of chinatown in bangkok, as the chinese new year drew closer.
jumping back to january in bangkok, where old and new mix at every corner.
late january in algarve. our winters may be short, but the sight of almond blossom still feels like magic every time, like hope.
on a getaway to mérida, to discover a little bit more of spain and see all the roman things!
mismatched balconies and pretty window trimmings in the south of portugal.
always looking up for pretty trimmings and unexpected goddesses.
walking around porto, everything feels as if new to me.
after all this time, treetops are still one of my favorite subjects.
discovering andaluzia was a highlight of last year — including the bright fields of sunflowers!
