huh... who on earth could be at the door this early?
a package?!
...
at long last..........
I can't help imagining how it goes after Pado watches it.
Finally whatever illness I came down with over the weekend seems to be ostensibly clearing up.
Still annoyed that someone I know tried to convince me to come to a party, even texting me in the middle of it to try to get me to come, despite me telling them repeatedly I was sick.
To make matters worse, the last time someone they knew showed up to a gathering while knowingly sick it resulted in pretty much everyone they were related to, including me contracting covid, and leading to what was among the three worst weeks of my life. Point being, you think they'd know better by now. And yet. It's appalling how people can care so little about the health of those around them.
If anyone is ever looking for me, this is where I'll be
Moonlight reflected on the clouds really is pretty.
I though I was at the "'so tired I see spots moving" phase of tiredness, but it turns out what I had spotted was a cute spider. lol. I don't intend to go to bed until my medicine kicks in anyways

reading Crime and Punishment while oneself is sick does certainly add something to the whole experience, still I'd like for whatever I've come down with to go away

Do you know this Musical Song? #344
I know the song and the musical
I know the song but not the musical
I know the musical but not the song
I may know this
I have never heard this
I don't understand people who watch tv shows and are like "xyz character makes me forget the horrors exist"
I watch a show and i'm always thinking things like "it's important to remember the police wouldn't care this much in real life"
it never fails to drive me crazy that hollywood has supposedly churned out tons of "anti vietnam war films" but none of them ever have any vietnamese characters who are allowed to speak. and then you can turn on a ww2 movie and the germans get to talk and talk and talk!
Almost done reading Crime and Punishment, it's kind of funny when I was 1/4 of the way from finishing, I was wondering what else could even happen at that point, and now I'm nearly at the end and wondering how everything will be wrapped up with so much happening and not all that many pages left
why is no one talking about the crime and punishment musical when yaroslav bayarunas gave us this
Russian Psycho(s)
rodya by yaroslav bayarunas and alexander kazmin in different versions of the c&p rock opera
Hi! If you want to watch this rock opera, you can find it here:
act 1:
https://vk.com/wall709652057_730
act 2:
https://vk.com/wall709652057_740
Please note that the original videos don't have any subtitles. But there's a fan-made subtitles version with Russian & Chinese subtitles available here:
https://b23.tv/mfp8lcV
btw these videos are the version where Rodya is played by Yaroslav Bayarunas, and the setting follows the novel. There's also another version where Rodya is played by Alexander Kazmin, with the setting changed to the USSR era (though the scripts are same). This version doesn't have an official recording, but you can search ''Преступление и наказание Александр Казьмин'' on ytb to find some bootlegs!
