A slice of my homemade vegan chocolate cake 💚
Recipe:
- ¾ cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 200 ml plantbased milk (I used almond)
- 50 ml plantbased oil (I used coconut oil)
- 4 tbs cane sugar
- 2 tbs raw cacao
- 100 grams melted dark vegan chocolate

Orange Poppy Seed Bliss Balls 🍊 One of my favourite cakes of all time, is orange poppy seed and if I can have that in some other form, that is also a more ‘healthy’ version, SIGN ME UP 🙋♀️😋 For these bliss balls, you will need: ½ cup Macadamia nuts ½ cup Almonds ½ cup of mixed Sunflower seeds and pepitas Orange rind and juice of 1 orange ¼ cup poppy seeds ½ cup desiccated coconut 4 medjool dates ✨ Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor until well combined, use the rind and juice of the whole orange. My orange was quite large so if yours is small add another half or whole orange (the rind and the juice) * Optional: add ¼ cup rice malt syrup if you like it a bit sweeter Roll into balls and keep in the fridge Enjoy!

Alright so i made a Vegan Protein Bowl ~ 120 calories, 17.4 grams of protein!
Riced Cauliflower, Turkey Burger, broccoli!
How do it???
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees or so. Put some broccoli (i usually do 1-1.5 cups) in the oven without any oil or anything ~ 1 cup of broccoli is around 30 calories!
2. throw the bag of riced cauliflower in the mircowave for 6 minutes, unopened ~ and you have like 3 or 4 cups of ‘rice’. 1 cup is 20 calories, the whole bag is like 60-80 calories!
3. Throw dat boca turkey burger patty in the mircowave for 1 minute 15 seconds ~ 1 patty is 70 calories!!
4. Cut up the burger and put it all in a bowl and add your favorite spices. I always go with lemon pepper and a bit of salt!
Shoutout to @hightinybean for inspiring me to est nore protein and build more muscle to lose that fat. Muscles wont make us look bulky! We love you, bean!

CHEWY CHOC CHIP COOKIES
(You must follow this spell eXacTLY - it’s worth it!)
¾ cup Crisco Butter Flavor Vegetable Shortening (minus 1Tbsp) 1 ¼ cups firmly packed light brown sugar 2 tablespoons milk 2 Tbsp vanilla extract 1 large egg (room temp, not cold!) 2 ¼ cups All Purpose Flour 1 teaspoon salt (optional) 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 to 2 ½ cups any combo of chips (dark, semi-sweet, peanut butter, carmel, m&m’s etc)
1. HEAT oven to 375ºF. 2. BEAT shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until well blended. Beat in egg. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mix into shortening mixture just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. 3. DROP by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. 4. BAKE 8 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies, or 11 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies. 5. Cool 2 minutes on pan 6. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely
