Rules for raising your vibration
When you raise your vibration, you gain the ability to create the life you truly desire. A person with a low vibration is vulnerable, limited in what they can achieve, and often lives with a constant feeling of dissatisfaction and disappointment.
If you are brave enough to change your lifestyle and improve your life, here are some golden rules that will help you raise your energy:
1. Control your thoughts
Your daily thoughts create your reality. You don’t need to monitor every single thought — that would drive you crazy. Simply train yourself to refuse negative thinking. At first it may seem impossible, but with practice your mind will start filtering thoughts automatically. Learn to see solutions instead of problems. The more good you focus on, the higher your vibration rises.
2. Speak only about what you want
People with relationship problems often look at a happy couple and say: “Some people are so lucky… but not me.” This only makes things worse and lowers your vibration. Instead say: “I’m happy for them. I’m sure I’ll meet my person soon too.” The same applies to money — stop telling everyone about your financial difficulties. Talk about abundance and happiness instead of constantly retelling your failures.
3. Choose your circle carefully
Avoid spending time with pessimistic and negative people. They usually carry a very low vibration and can pull you down.
4. Stop thinking and analyzing for a while
The best place to do this is in nature or somewhere far from the city. Focus on silence and stillness. This is one of the most powerful ways to clear your mind and raise your vibration. If you’re too busy right now, listen to calm, relaxing music.
5. Spend time with like-minded people
Be around those who share your interests and hobbies. If you want to become a writer, join a writing group. You’ll not only improve your skills but also significantly raise your vibration.
6. Give as much as you can (without harming yourself)
It can be money, time, or things you no longer use. When we give, we receive twice as much. Help others, and help will come to you.
7. Watch as little television as possible
Television is increasingly becoming a source of negativity. The more you consume content about pain, violence, and poverty, the lower your vibration drops. Your subconscious gets used to negative patterns and starts attracting them into your life.
8. Remember to stay optimistic
This can be the hardest rule. It’s difficult to stay positive when everything seems to be falling apart. But paradoxically, these are the moments when optimism is most important. When you laugh and take things lightly, your vibration rises sharply — and the higher it is, the faster problems begin to dissolve. Positive thoughts attract kind and pleasant people, and good company is the key to a good mood.
9. Mood is everything
Your mood is a reflection of your past thoughts. Stop and consciously start thinking about good things. Change your mood on purpose. The better you feel, the more interesting and joyful life becomes.
