💫 Hi! We are Adelram and Charlie/Trauma (both of us use all pronouns) and we are completely normal about this AU! There are definitely not thirteen Google documents full of notes under our rug!

🌏 This AU is centered around the many loose threads that Fast Forward didn’t have time to elaborate upon after the ninja turtles went back home. President Bishop’s morality is questionable at best, Cody’s only family left is a war criminal on the run, the Dark Turtles don’t even have proper names… and the world of 2105 is new and vast, who knows where life will lead us?

since the conception of this AU, so happy anniversary to us! It has finally helped us get back to it, and so we finished a chapter just in time, just for you!!

Starlee Hambrath

age : 16 in Earth years, around 10 and a half Omatronian years

occupation : Junior Engineer at O'Neil Tech (previously intern)

hobbies & interests : robotics and engineering, cute and romantic stories, discovering and exploring new places and new people, marble collecting and marble track engineering

Starlee's extraordinary intellect and prowess in engineering allowed her to take an internship away from her home planet, and, having spent her entire life under the watchful eye of her strict mom, she accepted the offer with open arms.

This is how she began to study and work at O'Neil Tech, away from most things she knew. Luckily, though, her work was just as interesting here as it was back home, and she made a couple new friends, including none other than Cody Jones himself. Easily matching each other's pace and interests, the two became fast friends, though she only really felt like she got to know him after she met his time traveling relatives – the Splinterson family brought Cody out of his shell (pun absolutely intended) like nothing else, and where before she had thought him to be a little snobbish and closed off, Cody quickly turned out to be a brave and admirable person who was impossible not to love.

It is wildly frustrating, then, that Cody seems completely oblivious to her attempts to make her feelings known. That's fine, though, she has learned recently how utterly isolated he is, and she figures he probably just needs clearer signs and time to figure it out himself.

She has learned plenty other things about her best friend recently, too, including the terrible news of his abusive criminal of an uncle, and that Cody will now be taking over the company properly as the rightful heir. In light of this, knowing that Cody Jones is mostly on his own, Starlee accepted a permanent position at the company the moment an opportunity arose, without a moment's hesitance. And, although she still feels something achingly soft towards her friend, for now, she simply worries, and offers as much help as she can.

Glad Yellow doesn't like Justice Force or the situation is getting more awkward because he might keep some of the things and Cody would feel unease if he walks into his room one day Just a thought

Well, hey, Purple likes JF and hasn't stolen anything from Cody yet!

It's true though that Yellow has trouble respecting people's personal spaces (and respecting people. period.) but also Cody is a bit of an exception to the rule. Yellow, partly through Blue's insistence, feels that they owe Cody a whole lot, and should maybe go easy on him. Especially after the Christmas incident, ahaha...

And besides, Cody's uneasiness around them mostly dropped by now, it's more of a concern for their well-being than anything else. They're in this together and they're honorary siblings. If Yellow snatches a few comics, Cody will just get them back. Worst case scenario he's just gonna throw Yellow over his shoulder again /lh

and it reminded me of my darling Dungeon Master friend whose handwriting is crazy and unreadable to me. And I was like. What if: Bishop's homebrew handwriting is complete dogshit to anyone who hasn't lived for 300 years. Like it's a series of shortcuts and abbreviations that nobody else has had the time to develop, mixed with seven billion codes he picked up on the way. And who has time transcribing all the older ones, right? Let's just scan them in, it's not like anyone but he is ever gonna have to understand them. Except this guy who might be able to make him live forever. Oops.
