O Ar-Raheem (The Bestower of Mercy, Allah), make my body healthy. O Allah, preserve for me my hearing. O Allah, preserve for me my sight. There is none worthy of worship but You.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from poverty, scarcity, and humiliation. I seek refuge in You from oppressing others and being oppressed.

Who believe in the Unseen, are steadfast in prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them.

This is the Book, in it is guidance sure, without doubt, to those who fear Allah.

Ya Allah, occupy our hearts with Your love, our tongues with Your remembrance, our bodies with obedience to You, and our minds with reflecting upon Your creation and understanding of Your religion.

Qur'an 4:49

Have you not seen those who claim themselves to be pure? Rather. Allah purifies whom He wills, and injustice is not done to them, [even] as much as a thread [within a date].

You haven't been blessed with children? Remember the patience of Prophet Zakariyah. Your family abandoned you? Remember the strength of Prophet Yusuf. Your community turned against you? Remember the courage Prophet Ibrahim when they let the fire. You're drowning in the world? Remember the Ark of Prophet Nuh. You've been through war? Remember the steadfastness of Prophet Dawud. You've been plotted against? Remember the reliance of Prophet Musa against Fir'awn. You feel alone? Remember the resolve of Prophet Ya'qub. You lost your parents? Remember the greatness of Sayyiduna Muhammad. ﷺ عليهم الصلاة و السلام

Stop asking, "Why am I going through this?" and take patience in the fact that you've been allowed you to join the ranks of the great ones. Your tribulation is a sign of His love for you.
