Orion was born with stars in the eyes. He saw the world with so much beauty and light. Despite growing up in the darkness. His heart was warm and big. Liam was born to Troy and Sophia. Sophia was a kind and sweet woman who saw the good in people. She believed that everyone had goodness in them. Tory knew that and took advantage of that and her money. Sophia had fallen in love with Troy and ended up getting pregnant with Orion who ended up inheriting his mother’s kindness, hope, and love. Orion’s mother ended up passing away due to complications after he was born. When Orion was born, he was put into his father’s custody, his grandfather Sebastian Charles Blakewood tried his best to get custody but was unsuccessful. Tory moved Orion to New York, stopping all contact with his mother’s family.

Tory blamed Orion for his wife death and because he believed that his ticket to a rich life was gone. He never loved Sophia but only used Sophia for her money and the funny thing was that she did not have access to it due to special agreement in her trust. Growing up Orion was hurt and abused by his father, plus his with his father’s drinking and drug problem it was a miracle that he survived. Orion learned from an early age just how cold and cruel the world could be, he also knew that people were selfish, but he still refused to believe that. He still believed that there was goodness and warmth just like there was coldness and selfishness. Orion grew up being timid, due to his father’s abuse and being pulled at school Orion was someone who kept to himself and tried his best to stay small.

From an early age Orion started working to pay the bills. After school he would work long shifts, doing his homework during work as much as he could. He would always come home to a drunk father who was either passed out or with a random woman. Orion was a smart kid; he was kind and because of that he was liked by some people but sometimes his kindness often got him hurt and bullied by others. Orion often went to bed hungry since there was never any food because all the money he went to bills or his father used it from drugs and alcohol.

There is a saying that the apple does not fall far from the tree, and one would guess that was true. Orion was stained by his father genes as much as he tried, he ended up developing a drug problem and social anxiety after his father married an abusive woman who hated him. Drugs were the only thing that could help him survive and it was his only escape. Orion finally escaped when he got accepted to a university in Boston.

After graduation, Orion packed very he had and left for Boston. Orion was homeless for the first two months before getting a job at a café. It was where he met Lucy Melton. Lucy Melton could see Orion’s kind nature, his kind heart and so she decided to take advantage of that. He ended up being in a toxic relationship he could not get off, and he could not say. As a result, she used her connection to get him a scholarship. Paid him well for being her guest at events and other services. Also paying him to keep things a secret. Orion graduated from college, but Lucy husband ended up finding out about her relationship with Orion. This spread around her circle, and this led to Orion being found by a Private Investigator who was hired by Sophia’s estate to find Orion.

Orion used his chance to move away from Boston and he moved to Kismet Harbor after finding being in contact with grandfather. He did not know what was going to happen when he arrived in town, but he was welcomed with open arms and loved. Orion did not know this time of love existed and he was happy to be loved and cared for by a family. His uncles and aunts also welcomed him too into the family. Orion has been in town for two years, finally settled and found his feet.

He smiled, "he would love that. " Jet was the type to help others out, no matter what. " But TikTok isn't hard, but it's fun." It helped pass the time for him all the time. Orion chuckled shaking his head. The male had missed out on a lot of things, especially development. Sometimes Orion felt behind in things especially for someone in his age. He had been working on giving himself more credit because he had been through way more most people his age. Still he felt bad he had no idea what went on on social media and media in general. A soft sigh escaped his lips. He nodded listening to Tomas speak. "Then I guess we are bo---both in gr--great company then," he smiled and nods. "Okay. Thanks To---Tomas. Rowan listened to him closely, nodding her head as he spoke. "Exactly! I knew you'd get it," she said with a grin. Other artists just tended to understand her, even if what she said didn't make too much sense to others. There was a sort of kinship felt between creatives. Looking over his drawings, her eyes lit up. Rowan always enjoyed seeing art made by others. It was usually quite inspiring to her. "Oh wow. You're really good. Is drawing just a hobby for you, or do you work in the art industry at all?"

Orion smiled, it had been awhile since he had been around other artist, it was really nice and he missed it. Missed how they understood what he was talking about, he knew his friends did try to understand but it was not the same. There weren't a lot of people in Knox's life that he could point to that had been around for very long. He'd moved a lot, left a lot, and had been running towards something else his whole life. He knew he'd left a lot of pain in his past, plenty of people that he'd hurt, and he was sure that every single one of them would attest to the fact that he wasn't worth believing in. Orion was the one constant that he hadn't dipped out on and had always stuck by and was the only person he could name that had that type of faith in him. "Hey, I appreciate that," he said simply with a gentle nod. Even if he didn't always voice it, it did mean a lot to know that at least someone was in his corner.

"Leaving is easy. Staying, though, that shit is hard," he agreed. Knox had been left a lot and had done a lot of leaving himself. This phase of his life, though, trying to stick it out in Kismet Harbor, was a lot more difficult. After everything with Maddox, his struggle to make things right with Cal, and everything else, leaving would have been the far easier choice. "You don't have to be sorry, dude. You're still here, you're still choosing to stay, so that's...you know. That counts for a lot. Just have to keep making the choice every day to be here."

There was a massive smile on his face when Knox appreciated his words. A heavy sigh escaped his lips as he listened to the others words. Orion could count on one hard how many people who stayed and he had lost count of how many people he had lost and left. It had been over two years and all this felt strange, family people who welcomed him, loved him and cared for him, they made sure he ate, and was there for him every day during his recovery in the hospital. Especially after the found out about his past, his addiction. Orion was and is always thankful for his best friend Knox. Even at this moment they made sure he was safe and he wished he was not stupid to come over while not sober especially with everything Knox was going through.

"I----I---" he tried to speak, his voice breaking as he up looked up and the celling. There were not a lot of people he close to that understood the pain, the need to leave and escape. He did not understand it, he thought he did not have any. Then a PI tracked him down, he came to Kismet, met Josiah who became family and was welcomed by his mothers family. He listened to his friend, he was glad that Josiah was doing really good. "Th--tha--that sounds awesome. I wi---will let my gran---granddad know." he smiled.

There weren't many people in the world that had faith in Knox. Most days he barely had it in himself, even. Orion, though, had been there for long enough and seen him through the worst parts of his past and somehow still had the belief that Knox could turn his life around. "You might be the only person that's ever told me that," he admitted, reaching over to pat Orion's shoulder with a grateful nod. It wasn't something they talked about a lot, but their connection had, in a lot of ways, saved them both.

"Yeah, no I get you. I've thought about leaving a lot since I got here, but I don't know. Maybe there's something here for me," he said with a hopeful shrug. His family was there. Orion was there. He was making friends. His life wasn't perfect, he still had a lot of growing up and figuring out to do, but it was starting to shift for him. "Deal. I'll get out there with you for some more lessons. You just gotta sober your shit up first. There's your lesson of the day. Don't drive when you're fucked up."

If there was one person that Orion thought was strong and could survive and do anything, that person was Knox. He had known the male for years, seen the male stand up after every fall. He often did not have any faith in himself, and he was lowkey giving up on himself. He was trying to stand up but he had been really knock down. So even if he did not believe in himself, at least he believed in someone who was here, standing and even help him through stuff. "Re---really?" he spoke looking at the other and smiled. "I--I---really do have faith an--and bel---believe in you Knox." he spoke honesty in his voice.

He listened to Knox about how he thought about leaving and was glad he male had not left. "If I di---did not have to d---deal with the trial. I won---wonder if I ha---had stayed. It's----its---" he sighed heavily sadness in his voice and eyes but smiling. "Eve---everyone leaves and---I can't do that to everyone els---else. "It has." Sam's words were quietly spoken against the cold, nocturnal winds that brushed against exposed skin. It has, he thought. Longer than he had realized. Time had turned into a foreign concept. Days were bleeding into one another until weeks had passed without Sam even realizing. He shoved his hands a little further into his pockets as they walked, side by side. For a moment, Sam gazed to the side, only to notice his friend looked as miserable as he felt. He swallowed. "You have a place in mind?" Orion did not blame the people who he used to see often or hang out with often too for how long it had been since they talk and spoke. They had their own life and shit going on, just like he did. Plus he had not been good at reaching out all that much too. He was trying but it was so hard most times. He did not think he was good company and so he kept to himself and a distance, especially when days blended into each other. He sighed, shrugging his shoulders before rubbing th back of his neck. He smiled at Orion once the phones were all set up so they had each other's numbers. "Ah, ready for all the messages between Jet and me, we love to keep active," annoy people with random updates all day long if the mood is right. Orion smiled. Orion found it funny, well he and his cousins found it funny how he really was not a tech person like that. Rarely on his phone, bad at texting people most times and they always joked that he lived under a rock. To be fair if one knew him they would understand for sure but he was trying his best for sure to keep up with people and stuff. Hazal didn't skip a beat, knowing that if she questioned anything too long that she would back on letting them try it in the first place. She hoped that he would be more decisive than he sounded, "Start with the rosemary Danish." She placed the box down with the rosemary Danish in it. "Rosemary dan--danish it is," he replied nodding his head. He had never really tried or had a herb in a pastry before and he thought it was interesting for sure and something to try. The male took a bite and was actually surprised by the taste, he closed his eyes, enjoying it which could be seen on his face. Orion was perhaps the one person in the world that Knox would do anything for, no questions asked. They'd been through a lot together over the years, both of them dealing with their pasts, their addictions, and everything in between. No matter what state of mind Orion showed up at his doorstep in, Knox would be there. The water was a small thing to help, but he was glad to see that Orion drank it. It wouldn't clear out everything from his system, but it was a start, and pizza was on the way for later.

"Yeah, man. It's good shit. Trying to clean up my act here, make sure I'm not in too much deep shit. I don't know. Not sure how long it'll last, but...seems like maybe I'll be here awhile," he shrugged. Easier to say when he knew Orion may not even remember the conversation the next day. "A killer bike, though? Knox was his lifeline and he wondered if his friend really knew how much of an impact they had made in his life. They had been there for him and he knew he would not have been able to survive without his friend who he saw like a brother. Having someone who understood made the world felt less big, dark. Knox made him feel seen and safe. A sigh escaped his lips as he shake his head. Almost have if he was shaking thoughts he was running from and the drugs seem to be helping him for now at least.

As he rested more into the couch and let out a heavy sigh before looking back at the male as he listened, trying his best to listen. "I lik---hope you---stay really for awhile," he chuckled softly. "I di--did--- not exp--expect to stay but he--here I am. Sometimes I do think of leaving but I---don't have any where else, I even got my own place so am stuck," he shrugged his shoulders. Today was The Coffee Carosuel, which was a cute place Downtown, a little out of her way. However, after getting her coffee she wanted to make the most of this place, but most of the tables were full with people working or with another person. Seeing one man alone with an open seat, he didn’t appear to be working or doing anything too substantial that wouldn’t allow for company. 

Walking over to him with a smile and she asked if she could set. However, when he asked what she had been saying and clearly hadn’t heard her, Cemre wondered if this was a bad idea all together. “The chair.” Pointing to the empty chair across from him. “I was wondering if it was taken by someone or if I could sit with you.” @orionxblakewood

Orion legs were bouncing, as the hot coffee went down. He really liked the taste today, he really knew that he should not be drinking coffee especially with the track record of how sleep he had been getting. He knew his cousins where here they will be giving him a lecture. Which made him chuckle to himself, lost in thought. He then came back to reality when he heard someone speak to him.

Orion handed his phone to Tomas and watched as the male added his and Jet's number to it. He smiled softly after the other did. Orion nodded his head. He did wonder if he would call but Orion was trying to get better at communicating and keeping in contact with friends and people. He laughed at Tomas teasing. Most days, Rowan sat in the cafe where she'd draw the people around, her drink, or whatever pastry sat uneaten in front of her. But with the weather being so warm, she felt like it would go to waste if she didn't sit outside soaking in the sun. So today, she was sat in the park, on the grass, with a thick sketchbook propped against her legs and a pencil in her hand. Her head seemed to be buried deep within the paper, focused intently on the details of the drawing. It took her a moment, but when she looked up, she noticed the man in a similar position not too far from her. "Do you ever feel like the sun makes your creativity flow? Like... Something about the rays against your skin bring those ideas in your head alive," she mused. "I just love the summer. Sometimes I think I've lost my touch when the snow comes, but when it all melts, my brain starts moving faster than I can keep up." She wasn't sure that the man was listening, and she was mostly thinking out loud, but she loved speaking with other artists and figured he would like understand what she meant. "What are you drawing?"

Orion finally took notice of them when he heard their voice, honestly it did make him jump a bit as he was not expecting anyone and was so lost in his own world. He smiled as he listened to her speak. He nodded his head. Orion really thought that it was nice to interact with another artist. He knew that they sometimes spoke in a language that most people did not understand at all. "Ya---ya," he replied with a smile on his face. "Es--espec---especially the way the sun just light---lights up a subject and the wa--warm feeling too just ins---inspi---inspires you," he added.

"Am drawing th---the people and animals at the---the park," he answered as he extended his sketch book for her to take a look at.

A small, macabre part of Sam wanted to keep on walking. Not stop to talk and sit and be around someone who looked equally as miserable as he felt in this instant. His thought was gone as quickly as it had crossed his mind and was instantly followed by a bad conscience. He noticed the limp too late, only when Orion had almost caught up with him and for a brief moment, Sam forgot about the scattered pieces of his small world and concern was all he knew. One moment. One emotion substituted for another and in hindsight, he knew it was the lesser of two evils. To be worried for a friend, rather than think of your own shortcomings in navigating the complexity of grief. Orion's smile barely passed as such and Sam could sympathize with shocking ease.

"Yeah," he murmured, falling in line with Orion's pace, wondering how long it had been since they had last seen each other. What had happened in all that time. "You're hiding from the world, too?" @orionxblakewood

Orion did not know if the other would accept his offer or not. He was not going to take it personally at all if Sam decided not to. Orion was not sure if he needed company but maybe he did and that is one of the main reason he asked the other. To keep him from slipping even more. A healthy distraction for once. The male's mind was not fully present, moving between his own thoughts and also making sure he was aware and present enough to give his friend also his attention. That's how he had been lately, just lost in his own thoughts and world.

Josiah listened as his friend told him that his family had been feeding him, which made Josiah nod a little bit more enthusiastically. Not that he didn't trust his former roommate and friend could take care of himself, but, Josiah had found himself more often than not making sure the other was fed, even if it wasn't his job. "Sometimes family is great for that." Josiah laughed. "I do love free food." Who didn't? It was only when Orion admitted that his older cousin was taking him shopping that Josiah smiled again. "I can understand that." he nodded again. "Don't get me wrong, I'm not one that minds settling down, but, I have moved around a lot in my career, but, I think I always knew that this place would be home." @orionxblakewood

Orion chuckled, one of the biggest things and one of the things he was still getting used to was being fed and remembering to eat. After all Orion had been homeless for majority of his life, he did not have enough to eat and he often went days not eating in order to save money. So now he had people who cared enough to make sure he eat was still something he was getting use to and he was getting better at feeding himself. "I am star---staring to see th---that about family," he spoke as he looked at his friend. "I guess I did too b---but neve---never wanted to admit until now."

The morning had been spent trying to convince herself that this recipe was a good idea. But now, she wasn't so sure. It sat in a bakery box on the table in front of her, looking rather impressive. She knew that she needed a second opinion. The moment she spotted someone approaching, her entire face lit up. "Perfect," the word fell from her lips. Maybe a little too enthusiastically. "I need your help. Well, rather I need your taste buds." She pushed the box toward them, "I have tried it, but I still need someone else to try the brown butter peach and rosemary Danish. "There's a lot of pressure and I need complete honesty."

Orion was getting some sweet for his cousins as he walked into Seaside Sweets. They had become one of his favorite places for sure. He smiled, despite being a bit tried and sleepy. He waved good morning at the other and stood. A brow raised when she mentioned that she needed his help with something and his feedback. He listened and nodded his head before speaking. It was times like these where the struggle with sobriety really hit harder. Knox was doing his best to stay clean, an endeavor that had many good days lately, but all too often still the bad days. Seeing Orion in the state he was in had Knox itching a bit himself, the only thing keeping him from the stash of drugs in his closet the fact that he needed to be present for his friend. "All good, brother. We'll uh - we can just chill out, keep you here safe," he nodded, hopping up from his chair to see about getting some water or something to get in Orion to help flush his system quicker. "You're welcome here any time, you know that. It's a lumpy ass couch, but it gets the job done." Filling a glass with water, he brought it back over to hand Orion before sitting down on the couch as well. "New with me...same old shit. Got some debts paid, so that was big shit. Orion was not someone at all that was selfish, he was always thinking about others and he hated to feel like a burden. He had been trying his best to work on stuff, be better, stronger and bolder but if he was honest he felt like it was a losing battle. A part of Orion knew that he would regret all this when he was sober, when he crashed but right now he did not care at all. He was not thinking on the effect he would have on his best friend but he would feel bad about showing up totally not sober and causing a negative effect.

Orion took the glass of water and drank it all as he listened to the other, placing it down and smiling at his friend. A massive grin on his face. "Th--that aweso---awesome. Paying off--off debt," he spoke with excited in his voice. "I mig---might have ordered a k--killer bike." @knoxwallace
