♕ Hiiii ! I am very excited to share this town house I created! I am not that great but I do hope you guys enjoy this build. With the University Pack you can lock each entrance to a specific sim to make it seem more like a townhouse. This modern townhouse is made for four couples/or four single people. Each unit has an open kitchen floor to the living space, one bedroom and one bathroom. All units has a balcony, but only two units has a balcony with a hot tub and view. This townhouse has a community pool right outside the home.
