It gets easier to ignore as time goes on. The important thing is that we’re still together and we have Kara back.

Kara really is the only perk that there is so far at least.

“I mean it’ll probably be easier for me to fly under the radar for whatever sexist reasons people are usually more interested in new females than they are males. But perhaps we can come up with a plan to get people’s eyes off of you.”

“We can hope. There were…a lot of people who moved here before you, it’s an unfortunate cause for gossip.”

“Maybe because of all the other people moving in I can just fly under the radar for a little while at least,” Aiden knew better than to get his hopes up though too much.

It’s not a terrible thing. Mystic Falls has it’s small town charm but there’s always been some…interesting people around. There are pros and cons.

Pros, my entire family is here. Cons, it’s a small town which means small town gossip.
