Paying Broadway prices at #ThePantages? Then the cast deserves Broadway treatment! #AskIfItsEquity #HardKnockTourLife http://thndr.me/DuyHUH
I love Conan O’Brien.
He had a bit on his old Late Night show introducing new action cartoons for kids and did one called “The Embryonic Rockabilly Polka-Dotted Fighter Pilots “ It was amazing and I became a fan for life.
I wanted to go see him tape his show when he was hosting The Tonight Show, but I never got around to it. We all know how that turned out.
I put myself in the drawing for tickets and got a pair for the day before my birthday, Oct 26th. I went with my friend Louis (@LouisPeitzman ). The entire staff of his show was professional and kind. Like they were genuinely grateful for everyone coming to see the show. I highly recommend anyone in the area to go see a taping. It was a great time and I will definitely go again.
Last night’s episode from New York was one of the greatest hours of TV I have ever seen. The energy surrounding the show was palpable. The bits were fantastic, Triumph came back after far too long of an absence, and you can’t miss with Louis CK as your guest. You seriously need to go to TeamCoCo.com and watch it right now.
The capper was the first (to my knowledge) same sex wedding on TV. It was truly touching. I watched the early east coast feed (8pm my time) while I played with my 4 year old daughter. She looked up and saw the wedding set on the TV.
"What are they doing?"
They are having a wedding.
"Where’s the girl?"
Well… some boys like boys, and some girls like girls. And when they love each other they can get married too
"That makes sense. Everyone should be happy."
Thanks to Conan (and his AMAZINGLY talented staff and writers) I had a touching moment with my kid that gave me a sense of pride and hope for the future I hadn’t had in a while. All while Ted Turner pushed the happy couple into the sunset on a stuffed Buffalo.
I love Conan.
"Nobody understands sex."
I'm watching Masters of Sex

This is a jar full of major characters
Actually it is a jar full of chocolate covered raisins on top of a dirty TV tray. But pretend the raisins are interesting and well rounded fictional characters with significant roles in their stories.
We’re sharing these raisins at a party for...
Sneak peek at tonight's costume: Scare-ilyn Monroe!
Greenhouse roof reflected in the fish pond. So happy with how this photo turned out!
Fun with a wig! (Trivia: In her doctor's final records, Marilyn Monroe was recorded as being my exact height and weight.)
