ComfiCare M10

Blast from the past for vintage diaperfans. (Am a bit of a geek even if I rarely post about it.) This is a ComfiCare M10: they were discontinued about 10 or so years ago and I’ve been saving my last one since then. They were by far my favourite nappy in the years just before AB prints became widely available in the UK. Thick feel and crinkly plastic in a way most incontinence products tend to avoid, plus the cool tape guide landing zone print in the baby blue colour gave it a bit of a soft babyish feel even for a medical nappy. I loved them so much that I’ve been holding on to this last one for many years. Eventually I figured it had to be worn sometime, so as it was my birthday yesterday I decided that was as good an occasion as any. It still holds up super well, maybe feels a tiny bit thinner by comparison to premium products available today, but definitely lived up to its name. Maybe I’ll save my other last-of-a-kinds for future birthdays.
