How are you guys holding up during this quarantine time? 💪🏻 I know some of you are getting more productive and some may be struggling... I am totally the latter. If you are struggling with life and yourself right now, you ain’t alone.  I’ve shared this earlier on my stories: #letsbreal   — Tbh, I started to feeling not good about myself lately. My sleeping schedule is messed up. Like really messed up. I can’t sleep until 3-5am.  So as a result I wake up at noon or later, which isn’t ideal for me.. I want to wake up at certain time to have a productive day but I keep failing and failing. Then I wake up everyday feeling I am such a failure. I know it’s all about self-discipline. But you know sometimes it’s just extremly hard to do or keep it up..  Finally today I reached out to my besties for help. Cuz I can’t really accept myself and needed some affirmation to hear. So happy I did 🙏🏻 I don’t like that I now so easily get upset and stressed out.  But I was told to give myself lots of grace ♥️ It’s just a reminder for me to slow down and listen to what your body needs. Remind myself I am a human, not a robot. —  I had many things I wanted to get done today but I canceled everything and slowed it down. I took hours to speak with my heart and focus on my mind. And I am not a reading person at all but I grabbed a book 📖 that always gives me a sense of encouragement and I wanna share an excerpt with you all 🤍:   “Don’t let a defeat or failure discourage you. What matters is that you remain unbeaten in spirit. True victors are those who keep on smiling regardless of whether they win or lose and move on to the next challenge with even stronger determination.  There will be times when it seems you are trying your hardest but not getting anywhere. That’s when you need to just keep going. In fact, The times when you are struggling and challenging yourself the most are often the times when you can develop the greatest strength.  Everything in life is a struggle. Win in your endeavors! This world is so beautiful yet also so heavy lately 💖✨ I know a lot of people are upset and overwhelmed about this weird time and crisis right now. I am not an exception. I was supposed to leave for Hawaii tomorrow with my best friend tomorrow. We have been planning for 3 months and were so freaking excited especially it’s also their birthday trip + I haven’t traveled for a long time 💔 But we both are grateful we decided to stay home. Our health is number 1 priority and cancelling the trip is helping the environment and reducing the chance of spreading the virus 🦠   “Even if you don’t reduce total cases, slowing down the rate of an epidemic can be critical. If more of us do that, we will slow the spread of the disease. So even if you’re young and healthy, it’s your job to follow social distancing measures to avoid spreading it to others, and keep the epidemic in slow motion. The more young and healthy people are sick at the same time, the more old people will be sick, and the more pressure there will be on the health care system” @voxdotcom  I am staying at their place for the next 2 weeks cuz we both need good company. We witnessed this beautiful sunset last night and it was just amazing ✨ Spontaneously took pics in a half pj and slippers 🌅  We’ve been cooking together, watching movies every night, talk about life and goals, teaching them Japanese and many more things to come! 🍝 🍿🎥 🎌   There is always a light of sparks in the dark moments ✨💗 and winter always turns to spring 🌸  Of course I was so so so excited about the Hawaii trip, and craving for some sunshine and the warm breeze, but I also appreciate this quarantine period.
