Ik there's people who would ask permission from artist to repost and repost it with screenshot of permission. But I also saw in FB groups, YT and twitter there's those who don't care and just take fanart, reposting it without care. Using in their post without credit or even bother to find original picture.
Google reverse search take less than a minute. If you can't respect artist, do not use their art. Other rant below cut.

Otome game is a maiden game with female focused storyline, NL and made for woman. And written in concept of "dream/yume" for people to self insert or experience through the MC. There's other game such as joseimuke or even actl yaoi game for you to go. If you're using Japanese service and terms, shouldn't you respect it as well?
Hating mc and finding fault in her kindness is weird behaviour. Even if the mc is a placeholder, she has her name and own story. She is from that time. There's no need for her to act like a rude modern girl. Plus, there's no need to play a game where you want the mc to be removed so suitor can be paired with another suitor. This is not your genre.
Persistent yaoi fan. I found out in jp otome side, there's entire community who actl dislike rotten thinking. It's consider rude to take character with normal preference, written to have girlfriend or feeling for main character and force them to be gay. Even for HC/fanfic which fall into 'fan-creation'
Fan who recolor, edit and directly trace CG illustrations. It is okay for you to do it for fun and send to friend but you cannot post it. This include people who make edits.
While Cybird and Japan has no firm rules against AI, they still have rule where you can't sample the Illust, voice etc. As such, please stop feeding the voice and sprite to AI training! There's too many fan who been doing this.
However, even if someone is doing it. Please use gentle reminder to have them take it down. There's no need for rudeness.
Under prohibited actions, that may cause game account to be ban. Though it is for using service, it should apply to general. You cannot try to harass, be mean to someone. Mental damage is also listed. There's too many people nowadays who bully yume, normal fan or even other player.

I've opt to drawing some stuff that I plan to make as fan made merch for Ikepri and ikevil. Though, due to my health and inability to get a job due to it.. I only relied on my commission money to finance it and that make the progress slow..
