Loving this new OPS Easy Plate Carrier from UrTactical. Light and made of quality material. Slaped on my RegTac reflex magazine pouches on it and loaded up with mags. Probably more than I’ll need for a skirmish, but more ammo is good ammo!

Covered my face in this pic not because I’m worried about sharing my identity, but mostly because I looked like Kim Jung Ill’s long lost son with the face I was making.

Elite Force IWI Tavor 21

Here at Airsoft Hub, we love bullpups. (Correction MOOSE loves bullpups.) We love the look, functionality, and purpose of them. One of the most perfect designs we’ve seen and used (and that doesn’t mean it’s 100% perfect, but it’s as close to perfect as we’ve got) is the IWI TAR-21.

Now, Ares released one a while ago. It was supposedly suppose to be really high in quality, but the price tag was up there and most people couldn’t afford it. S&T came out with one, but the receiver and gearbox were lacking. Specifically, early models of the S&T just wouldn’t let you get above 350 DPS, even if you changed everything out.

So, now we’re hoping to get the best of both worlds the the Elite Force TAR-21. The quality of the Ares mixed with the cheaper price of the S&T.

Real Steel to Airsoft

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen of the Airsoft Tag! Welcome to, yet again, another addition of Real Steel to Airsoft. Let's dive in, shall we?

The M16A4. Now, granted, it's easy to build an M16. Even DBoys has one from factory, so why is it on our list? Well, more and more are there M4s and AKs on the field. While this isn't entirely a bad thing, we'd like to see more longer barrel rifles. Besides, who actually hates the look of the M16? Let's mix up the M4 crowd a bit with the work horse known only as the M16A4.

To please those that desire something more Russian, we've added the AEK-971 to the pot. While we wouldn't be surprised if CYMA came out with this, we'd be more pleased if VFC came back into the AK market with this in their hands. A standard V3 gearbox could work, but we're concerned about the motor fitting in the pistol group. Perhaps a Gas Blowback version?

The Lee Enfield No 4 MK1. A classic rifle, an iconic rifle. We've seen tons of WWII loadouts for the Americans, even the Nazis and Ruskies, but not many British ones. Of course, the British Arsenal varied during the war from American made weapons to their own Sten, but the Enfield MK1 is just too iconic to pass up. In airsoft, it could be shell ejecting like the DBoys KAR-98, but the shells should be able to actually be useable and not jam the gun. Or, perhaps, it should be like the G&G KAR-98, where it uses detachable magazines (which are not entirely accurate to the rifle) with CO2 or green gas as the propellant.

Hey, I run the tumblr for Heroes Airsoft store. I work in the Louisiana location, but we also have stores in Texas and Arizona. It's surprising to see that the airsoft "fandom" is this big.

Welcome to the tag! I wouldn’t say it’s a fandom, I’d say it’s more along the lines of a community. Fandoms are usually fans of shows, and that usually leads to the shipping of characters. I guess we ship accessories with our guns though, right?
