In Islamic countries, sissys are called dhimmis. Dhimmis are Jews and Christians who work for Muslims, usually performing the lowest-paid jobs. Dhimmis are often treated like slaves and kept as such by their owners. They are often not allowed to convert to Islam to preserve their ability to work.
