Fun and Important to Experiment With Food

This looks yummy. I was trolling through the internet looking for new blogs to follow, when I stumbled upon this picture. I think that this looks delicious and has given me an idea for a recipe of my own.

I often see pictures of food, watch recipes on TV, or taste something in a restaurant that I want to recreate at home. When you don’t have the recipe you really need to use all of your knowledge of food, and flavour combinations to create the dish. Much of my food is created this way. I definitely suggest writing it down too, as I forget half of the dishes that I create.

I am going to work on creating a similar dish to this as I love cauliflower and I like that this is a great vegetarian option and could easily be made into a great vegan option. I recently had someone share a cauliflower buffalo wing recipe with me. I am going to use the principles from that recipe to make a non deep fried version of the crispy cauliflower. It should really reduce the amount of calories in this recipe.

Well, I had better get experimenting. In the meantime my recipe post for today will be my healthy chicken fajitas. Look out for the next post on my blog.
