Why don’t more people ship Lapis and Amethyst? Neither of them really belong on earth or homeworld, so they have that in common. They could confide in each other about lack of trust in others, and desire for a true home. Also, since Ame wasn’t part of the war, it is very unlikely that she had anything to do with trapping Lapis in the mirror. Not to mention I’m pretty sure they would crack each other up with their dorky senses of humor. I just really like thinking about them together
