Her bite poisons everything, even food and pillows. Therefore, those who know about it rejects it every time, and Aka-Chan is in a huff almost every time.
The poison is often acidic
Surprisingly, arsenic does not give her diarrhea; and nothing happened except having a bitter aftertaste
Wisteria is best at Christmastime, and Halloween gives it a pumpkin sauce taste—but it can be counterbalanced by cherry holly
Is mostly immune to food poisoning, but it does give her diarrhea
As they’re pushed to the brink of death, the extreme stress overflows into their Cursed Energy turning everything around them and they touch into acid poison: a last-ditch survival tactic. Highly recommended to proceed with caution—they melt the gas masks, too

Her burn scar in the picture (the Piccrew offered Scarring options, and my Instinct said Sounds Interesting and found a cool and believable backstory for it) is cuz a few years back, a Jujutsu Sorcerer found them and burned their right shoulder So Fucking Hard that Regenerative Healing didn’t work so well.
Because of her literal cursed existence, she has to leave town every time a jujutsu sorcerer detects her, so she’s only been able to have a few friends at a time—and so now she’s a really good runner.
She’s super bubbly to make up for the fact that her parents are missing and is as homeless as Iruma Suzuki. They keep to themself, however, because nobody wants to be around them.
They’re working hard on getting Domain Expansion, but I so far don’t know much of Sukuna’s powers (I JUST started the Shibuya arc) other than Poison Res, so they’ll stay struggling in the meantime; it's currently in its baby stage, but it doesn't exact warrant the term Domain Expansion yet
One time, she ran into a stronger 200-year-old demon who challenged her to a fight. It was intense and mostly one-sided against her, but a squad of Jujutsu Sorcerers (not that one that gave her the burn. This happened a time after that situation) butt in and tried to kill them. So Akarei and the yet-unnamed Curse made a truce to fight the Curse Murderers instead. The humans were duly defeated or killed (cuz of the stronger Curse). So the two Curses made a pact to Not Fight whenever Jujutsu Sorcerers are involved. They’re a sort of Mutually Assured Destruction frenemies now. As usual, Aka-chan immediately packed up and booked it to the next city.
She's eaten plenty of humans, but the easiest, least damaging method to kill a Sorcerer is to Jumpscare and eat them; they're shit on a head-on battle
Even though she barely knows Choso, she still has fondness fir Jii-san—and they HAVE rejoined several times over the years, but not for long, sadly. He feels he can break down around her, crying when they gotta go
