             s he takes a spot near the end of the lake and allows the breeze            to cool her down. Out of the three lakes of the Sinnoh region            and the girl finds herself in Lake Valor, relaxing as much as she can.            She allows her pokemon to roam around, leaving only her            and Ivy as the grass pokmeon is staring to get old and            can't venture around as much when she was younger.

           l etting out a giggle when she sees Jake carry around Minnie            across the lake and Michael training with Flora, she fails            to notice someone else come from behind her, jumping when            she sees it's just Jack trying his best to best to avoid the sunlight.              "Sorry Jack," she says as she picks him up. "I forgot you            don't like the sunlight." So the trainer takes of her hat            and places it onto of the pokemon, who gladly hides            underneath it. She smiles to herself and finds herself            leaning against Ivy, who found it her job to give her shade.

           "t hanks Ivy," she says as she drifts of to sleep, allowing her            pokemon to enjoy themselves in this beautiful region            far from the troubles at home.

Hey guys, sorry for not being on as much. Stuff came up, my trip to mexico was cancelled, been bleaching my hair, trying to get a new clothes, and reading books for extra credit so yeah.

Actually, I came to say that I've lost inspiration to all my current threads and I was wondering if anyone wanted start afresh with me? I don't mind writing the starts, just send me a message so we can plan it out and stuff.

Shadows In The Subway || Green & Leaf

A Fairy Type? These fools just didn’t seem to get it did they? You’d think after all the trainers he’d beaten in the past few weeks that they’d warn other trainers all his Pokémon were Shadow Pokémon and therefore typless. This was the one instance where a Fairy Type was not going to get the best of a Dragonite. Granted none of Shruikan’s attacks would be super-effective against Flora but the sheer strength of his shadow attacks would grant the Dragonite victory, not to mention the fact the Fairy Type’s attacks wouldn’t be super effective against it either.

She was clever. Trying to use Magical Leaf and combine it with a Hyper Beam. But Shruikan wasn’t going to be hit too badly by those attacks. He was the pinnacle of brute strength after all. If the Dragonite could speak, Green was sure he’d be saying something like That tickled. The shadow Pokémon merely growled, not in pain, but in anticipation. It was ready to tear through its opponent.

"You underestimate me, trainer. If you think you can risk a Hyper Beam attack and not get punished for it, you’re gravely mistaken. Shruikan! Show her what it means to be a shadow Pokémon! Take out her defences with Shadow Down and obliterate that pathetic Fairy Type with Shadow Rush!” With a mighty roar, the ferocioius Dragonite charged at the Florges, surrounded by a shadowy aura and sent it crashing into the wall. “I hope that’s not the best you’ve got, Leaf of Kanto.”

Leaf holds back a growl that was lunged up in her throat. Well, that went wrong, but then again, she wasn't the Kanto champion for nothing! The way she sees the Dragonite attack gave her an idea, so she recalls Flora and sends out Michael instead. Knowing that her opponent was still beyond stronger then her second best pokemon, she also called out her Hypno (Jason)--her full on defense pokemon.

   "Michael, Jason, I know you two don't like each other, but we need to defeat the opponent before us," Leaf says while pointing at Green and his Dragonite. "Jason, you know what you have to do." 

  Having a psychic pokemon like Jason and Michael was great--especially since now there was no need to blurt out attacks until they both fainted. "Use Flash Jason; Michael use Stone Edge!" Leaf closes her eyes as Jason starts to indulge the entire area in a bright light. It may not be able to work later on, but she could tell that she had just gained a small advantage. She hears a roar (in which she presumes Michael's attack hit) and thinks of another order. "Jason, now use Hypnosis and makes sure it hits! Michael, get out of there and next to me so Jason won't accidentally hit you instead!"

What are the hardest times?

       ”When your up against an opponent whom you have no type advantages over them—but they do. It’s vene worse when it’s for the champion title. Trust me.”

      [sighs] “Honestly, not anyone at the moment. I just don’t think I’ll ever find someone to be attracted too.”

Who has been the biggest influence on your life? What lessons did that person teach you?

      Leaf closes her eyes as she tries to recall someone, anyone, that fit that description. “I can’t say I have someone that has influenced my life in some way. The only person I can think of is my mom, and she told me to never allow a boy to tell you what to do; that you are you’re on woman and if I want to become champion, I can if I have the will to do it.”

Do you like being named after a plant?

   Leaf pouts and mumbles to under her breathe. “I wasn’t named after a plant, I was named after a season. The name’s Autumn—remember? It’s just a nickname I got when I was younger and happen to have gotten used to it.”

Farther in Summer than the Birds {Leaf&Gold

Socks and timeworn shoes dangling in one hand and a glass of Moomoo Milk held in the other, a wandering young man sauntered along the boardwalk of Johto’s famous port: Olivine City. The heat radiating off the white, wooden boards was uneffective against Gold’s bare feet. He continued to drift aimlessly with the occasional sip of creamy milk and stolen glance to his left and his right, mindful at least of his immediate surroundings to avoid any embarrassing collisions.

Recreational time in tourist hotspots was few and far between during his journey. Gold never really had much of an opportunity to fully immerse himself in a city due to all the adventures he managed to find himself entangled in, people and missions carrying him to far reaches of the region. Now that peace has fallen over the land (temporary or not), Gold intended to take advantage of this chance to finally identify himself as a ‘carefree’ spirit. And he hoped his light mood would last for more than a wee hour. Got a record to beat!

As much as he loved to feel the sun’s rays kiss his skin, he didn’t plan on allowing the heat to go to his head. The ravenette claimed the nearest vacant bench and sighed contently as the shade provided by the overhead umbrella cooled him. Eyes half-lidded, they trailed along the edges of the docks, eventually fixating on the iconic S.S. Aqua. He recalled his numerous trips to and from Kanto aboard that ship - that along with Goldenrod’s Magnet Train; a flying Pokemon wasn’t his only mode of transportation.

There was a trace of a smile on his face as he watched a line of new arrivals step ashore. Children, women, men, Pokemon…all wearing expressions of awe and pure curiosity. There was no question that they were going to live it up that night, and for once, Gold was actually considering joining in on the fun. Something - or someone - had to win him over completely.

    For as far as she could remember, Kanto and Johto were rivals. As far as she knew, there wasn't anything specific that led to it--it just happened because they were neighbors. Of course, unlike the rest of the Kantonesse people, she preferred the Johto region. She had no idea when--or what--had led her to prefer the region over the one she was raised it. For all she knew, it could be the culture that attracted her, the pokemon, hell, maybe even it's people. Still, if you ever gave her the option to choose between the two, she would always choose Johto.

     She closes her eyes as soon as she sees the shore of  Olivine City--casually hearing the captain of the ship telling all passengers that they would dock in twenty minutes. Unlike most here, Leaf doesn't have two suit cases or one big one, just her usual travailing bag. Contrary to belief, the bag she had was a newer version of the ones trainers now carried around--call it a prototype. With the technology of a storage unit, it allowed her to carry almost anything she wanted (no wonder she had her bike in there) and make sure it could only be opened on her command (or permission).

        She lets out a deep sigh as the cries and screams of excited little children fill the air as the boat comes to a halt. They are finally here. It taken them almost an entire week to arrive, but she doesn't mind She needed a small vacation and break from the heavy burden of being who she was that she needed to get away from it all. In all hopes, she wished she could stop by and see Jasmine, the Olivine Gym Leader, but she knew she wouldn't be there as all the Johto and Kanto leaders were discussing the new troubles of more advanced trainers with stronger pokemon challenging them while they had lower leveled pokemon meant for youngsters barely starting up. 

      Leaving the boat, she struggles a bit as she is pushed around by the people also exiting. How troublesome for her; it was starting to get on her nerves. Just as she was about to loose her cool, she made it out of the bug crowd and was now standing by herself with no one waiting for her. She inhales deeply before inhaling slowly  as she makes her way to a nearby bench. As she sits,she can't help but to notice a boy real sitting next to her, fully immersed into the crowd of the people still leaving the boat. 

     "It sure would be nice to one day just fully relax like they are," she says as she watches the children chase each other around and parents talking laughing with each other. "I remember those days when yelling and screaming were a thing back thing. Now if you do that while at this age, you're crazy."

Shadows In The Subway || Green & Leaf

Although Green didn’t remember it, this all started in Nimbasa City. This is where Giratina has found him, bleeding on the floor of his hotel room, completely broken and hopeless. The Pokémon from the Distortion World had taken away all the pain he’d been experiencing, but it also took away everything else. All his memories, morals, everything that made Green Oak himself was all gone. Only a ruthless trainer who obliterated all in his path remained.

But his destination wasn’t the theme park that marked where his very soul was crushed, or the hotel room that still bore red stains on the carpet. As you would expect, he was heading to the place where the strongest trainers around flocked to. The Battle Subway. The latest target on his list was a trainer from Kanto who had Green not lost his memories of, would have been happy to see after everything that had been going on. But this Green Oak didn’t know Leaf. She was just the next person on his list of trainers to decimate in battle and that’s exactly what he was going to do. 

As he entered the Subway he noticed the lack of trainers around and smiled. They were scared. Giratina’s herald hadn’t exactly been subtle with his activities and news of his ruthless battle tactics had been spreading quickly, meaning most trainers were staying well away from the battling hotspots. The key word being most. It didn’t take long for him to spot Leaf, standing in the Subway with a Pokéball ready. Taking out his own Pokéball, Green walked up to her. “Leaf of Kanto. You have been chosen.” Throwing his Pokéball into the air, Shruikan came bursting out, the mighty Dragonite aggressive as ever. “You will fall to the darkness.”

    Everyone knew of Green Oak's problem; he had fallen to Giratina's grip during his most helpless moment. She remembered him, a bit. He was that boy who wouldn't stop boasting about how he was going to become a Pokemon Master and catch all of the pokemon; legendary and rare included. Now, she was forced to fight him, knowing that despite having beat him in order to become champion once, that was a long time ago back when he had such a humongous ego. 

     She was doomed the moment she battled him, she knew. Yet, she reached into her bag and looked around for Flora. She'd heard his team was tough, so she'd been granted extra permission from both Bill and Professor Oak to carry more then six pokeballs around, just in case her regular team lost (or worst, got killed) and she needed to flee: quickly. She feels the blood from her face drain as she watched Green come. "Leaf of Kanto. You have been chosen." she hears him speak, yet she still stays frozen in place. She watched him release a Dragonite and for once is thankful she chose Flora first. "You will fall to the darkness."

     "I think not," she says herself as she throws Flora's pokeball into the air, "Flora, use Magical Leaf and surround yourself. Follow it up by Hyper Beam."

'It's more like a cover story;' [Backstory] || Leaf & Hulda

  Today was the day.

The day where Hulda Prince would hopefully become a member of the Sinnoh region’s Team Galactic! She had prepared herself with what she thought was well, going to the Pokemon Center multiple times to ensure her Gible was in tip top condition. It was in the newspaper and everything- the thing is, Hulda didn’t actually know where the recruitment center actually was. She had heard rumors that it was in Veilstone, but Hulda wasn’t sure what to believe.

It was her fifth time entering Jubilife City’s Pokemon Center today. She was greeted with a warm smile from Nurse Joy, and a couple of odd stares from customers. Hulda began to ask around, wondering if any of them actually knew where Team Galactic were recruiting and when. She was about to leave, when she heard a man talking to someone over the phone- a friend, presumably.

"Yeah yeah, did you hear about that new company? Claiming to create a better world? Yeah, right. Anyway, they’re recruiting in Veilstone. Says here that people have got about four hours or so to get there- tough luck for chumps like us who live on the other side of Sinnoh. Not that I’d wanna join-"

Oh no. No no no.

Without even thinking, Hulda stormed right up to the said man and swiped his phone away, glaring at him. “Is what you just said true? About Team Galactic?” she demanded, holding his phone away from him. "Well?" Just as he was about to answer, the glass doors to the Pokemon Center opened with a swoosh, and a girl with long brown hair stepped in, a small smile on her face. She looked slightly younger than Hulda, and for some reason, she seemed awfully familiar, but Hulda couldn’t put her finger on it.

With an irritated sigh, Hulda handed the man his phone back and ran up to the girl rather frantically, a worried expression etched on her face. "Excuuuuse me!" she began, her voice piercing through the air, causing a few people to physically cringe, “this is really sudden, but do you have a flying Pokemon with you? Like, right now? This is super-duper important!”

        "Excuuuuse me! This is really sudden, but do you have a flying Pokemon with you? Like, right now? This is super-duper important!”

   Hazel eyes blinked in confusion as a sudden teenage girl ran up to her, screaming something about lending her a flying Pokemon. She cringes a little as the girl keeps on talking until she stops--to her own relief. Just as she about to answer, "Yes, I happen to have one," she stops and thinks over the possibilities. One: she could steal Jake and never give him back; two: something could happen along the way and both could be injured; and three: she doesn't know the girl. 

          "And why might you need a flying Pokemon?" comes out of her mouth instead. She tries not to be so rude, it's just she's known to immediately jump to conclusions. "Not trying to steal my pokemon, huh?" 

     As she awaits an answer from the girl, Leaf's eyes wander to the TV screen located at the center of the Pokemon Center. "And there appears to be a lot of people getting ready outside of the Galactic building located in Veilstone City for what appears to be a recruiting for a spot as Mister Cyrus' new partners! Nobody seems to be telling us what this is about, but they say it'll start in four hours; so if yo want to be part of this amazing company, head on over to Veilstone City!"

          Her eyes widen as she starts to panic. Okay Leaf, calm down. Breathe, BREATHE! Maybe the girl herself knows where that is,just ask her.

  Looker’s eyes grew wide in astonishment. Actually, astonishment was but an understatement. It all seemed to click together, and all the slight flickers of memory all pieced together—televisions in airport terminals, news headlines printed on the major papers, all with the same, smiling face that had now just sat right beside him. 

"O-Oh my, it… wow, it is certainly an honor, Miss… no, no, do not tell me… Miss Leaf, no?" The agent offered a smile and extended his hand, a gesture of kind meeting, "It is grand honor to make your acquaintance, Miss Champion. My name, please, you may call me Looker—my codename! I am a globe-trotting elite who stands alongside the great International Police, yes!"

Upon returning his hands to himself, he felt his eyebrows fold together in a sense of concern, however. The League was attempting to take away her title? Something serious must have happened, for that would have required some heavy accusations and investigating for that. 

"I must ask… why, exactly, is the League attempting to strip you of your title?" Looker pursed his lips, hoping the question wasn’t delving too far into her personal life.

      Hearing Looker's voice made her think. Maybe, maybe they should just strip her of her title, it's not like it made her a worse person--just ex-champion material type. "I think it's because it's easier," she ended up replying instead. "I mean, the two regions are basically one region total if you think about it. One champion for one would be enough, I guess."

  Leaf closed her eyes and ran a hand through her golden brown locks. She fixed the hat she had on and made sure to stick a coin into the machine as she pulled the lever. She heard it ding a few times and decided to turn to Looker again as she started to press some buttons.

    "I'm starting to not mind now that I think about it; being champion is too troublesome. What about you? Why is a police officer from the Interlnation Police here at the Game Corner?"
