Make you Believe in me | Drabble
She'd made a big mistake in what she'd told Giratina, after all she was positive at the time that it would be Red that would save Green. Now she wasn't so sure, he was the strongest battler she knew sure he had more heart when it came to training then most and knew his team inside and out but he didn't know Green, least not the way she did. Green had been the one to save her and even if it meant possibly killing herself in the process she was going to do the same for Green. Sliding down the tree trunk she just had to figure out how she was going to save him and what exactly it would take to get him to snap out of this daze he was in. Mind flipping back to what he'd said previously that meant he wasn't using his own team anymore right? An idea occurred to her then smiling softly as she threw herself off the bed and bolted out the door almost hitting one of the passerbys. "Gosh I'm sorry sweetie. I'm in a huge hurry laters!"
Once she was a safe enough distance from people she whipped the pokeball in her purse. "Go Blast!" Hoping up on the turtles back she had the pokemon bring her back to NImbassa it would be a long shot but if she was right about this Green's team was still in his room, they would be the perfect thing to use against him. Paarth wouldn't obey her at first, he and Stefan they had both been with Green far too long but if she could make them see reason maybe just maybe she could get them to listen to her just long enough to get Green back to his normal self.Curling into the turtle it would take a while to get there so maybe a little nap was in order.
Upon reaching the city the first place she would visit the theme park. The memories here crushed her. Stretching she began calling the hotels in town until she found the hotel Green had been staying at. This almost seemed to easy, the tricky part would be training a team that already had a trainer. However if Green loved her as much as he claimed he did it shouldn't be nearly as hard, and she knew his team almost as well as her own. The real problem was getting into the room they refused to give her a key card and the doors didn't have locks like she was used to picking.
"House keeping~" A melodic voice chimed and Blue got an idea.
"Excuse me~? I seem to have locked myself out of my room, can I get you to be a dear~ and let me in?" The housekeeper gave her a look that clearly said she wasn't buying it since she'd never seen the younger girl there before. Now how to convince the older lady that she wasn't here to rob them and have Green sue them. Then it clicked. "My boyfriend's been staying here for a while and no one's seen or heard from him I fear he might be hurt, but your managers won't check." She gave the other a heart broken look and even sniffled as if she was about to cry. "If you let me in just long enough to make sure that he's not in there I promise I won't say anything to anyone and I'll never ask you to do something like this again."
She was almost ready to steal the old woman's key to get into the room however after some quick thinking and careful wording she was able to convince the other to just let her in. Scanning the room she huffed before finally locating the pokeballs and shoving them into her bag. It would take a lot of training on her part but she could do it. Her face crumpled it looked as though he hadn't been here in weeks his team left to sit. Grabbing one of his shirts off the bed she offered the elderly woman a small smile. "Thanks, Looks like he hasn't been here in a while either. Your a godsent and I hope someone does something as kind for you someday, I'm going to keep looking for Green and hope he's okay."
As soon as she was far enough away the teen pulled the shirt from her bag pressing the fabric to her nose. It smelled like his cologne. "I'm going to fix this I swear Green, Red and I are going to figure something out." She pulled one of the balls out tossing it. Paarth appeared before her. "Hey there buddy. Look I know I'm not your trainer... But Greens in trouble and I need you and the others to listen to me..."
The pokemon looked annoyed at haven been called by someone other then his trainer before he took in who it was. Blue, the girl his master was in love with. It was less irritating Blue hummed looking back to him. "So are you going to help me or not?" After what felt like forever the pokemon finally nodded. "Good, That means you and the others are going to have to follow my commands for a while and when we do meet up with Green again show him no mercy. We need to remind him what being a trainer is all about and why he became one in the first place.
Remind him that closing off your heart is not the answer." Reaching out her hand the stroked the fire types nose. "Now lets get training. We've got to show them what we've got."
