I don't see it as victim blaming, he's not saying it's the Omegas fault.

He actuality says first before these two screenshot that there are many unbonded alphas. He's addressing the alphas are the issue first. Then he says its best if Sangnuea doesn't come here.

So he's very clearly saying let's keep him away from the problem for his own safety. Not that it's Sangnueas fault.

Also Nakhun had never once blamed Phatsa for what happened between them. He's stated several times he will take responsibility. He knows its his fault, he's never victim blamed Phatsa, and he's not doing so with Sangnuea either.

For me it just came across of Nakhun trying to solve the problem of omegas getting bitten by removing the omegas, rather than getting the alphas to, like, not bite people.

When he’s taking the victims of crimes like this out of the situation it sends a message of placing the blame on the victims. This is what I originally meant.

Like Saengnuea shouldn’t have to stop going places because alphas can’t control themselves.

And I know that Nakhun never blames Phatsa, but the fact that Nakhun was the problem in the situation out of the two just drives the whole point home.
