In 2019 I commit to finishing my book, traveling to a new destination, and growing my business by 20%. I deserve a raise! 🥂 2018 was a year of learning about boundaries. Discovering what they were and practicing at asserting them in healthy ways. This coming year I hope to practice loving without attachment. Acceptance of others, just as they are and acceptance of myself, just as I am. The journey is more important then the destination: I will set goals that are not limiting, but are open ended and malleable. I will watch my self-talk more closely, treating myself with the kindness, forgiveness, and generosity I am well versed in offering to others. I will take on one new female founded company to advise. I’ll turn 40 in 2019 and I’m looking forward to what 4 decades of experience will bring into my life.
