CELEBRATIONS

Celebrations are a special social event. There are all kinds of celebrations. Firstly, national celebrations. Every nation has own celebration. That kind of celebrations are very important and such celebrations are prepared in a big plan. For example;The Republic Day, The Independence Day, The Bastille Day etc. I think these are the symbol of the nation. Secondly, special celebrations. That kind of celebrations are very important. Because people are more likely to be next to each other at these celebrations. For example; The Valentine's Day, The Woman's Day, The Mother's Day etc. Finally, everyone loves celebrations.So we should not forget these days and we must celebrate happily with our love.

Phone Addict

In my opinion, smart phones are very useful things. It has very important role in our life. So young people love it and use it everywhere, everytime. But unfortunately a lot of people became “phone addict”. I’m one of them. I was using smartphones for spending my free time. But when I had a lot of free time, I became addict. What smartphones did to me is true. I just want to spend time, I try to spend time with smartphone, then I want to listening to music, I listened with it again. All of these are reasons of my and young people’s bad social communication. What can I say, the smartphones are useful as much as being harmful.

Free Bird

Once upon a time there was a little bird. The bird who had white feather was gorgeous. It's name was sunny. It's owner had warm heart. But he didn't know that all animals belong to nature. Sunny's owner's name was Charlie. Charlie loved Sunny so much. Charlie looked after him very well. One day Charlie married a beautiful woman. Her name was Angelina. Angelina loved Sunny, too. Angelina believed that freedom is very important. She said,"It's unfair that Sunny lives in a birdcage. It needs to be free." Charlie thought this situation. Charlie decided that he set him free. Charlie let it go. Charlie was upset. Sunny didn't know where to go. It flew away. Some days it come back to home. Sunny was very happy. Because it was free thanks to Angelina. Sunny found it's family. They live happily forever :)

Letter

Once upon a time there was a little girl named Sally. She lived in a little house with her mother and father. They also had a dog named Chocolate. They all lived in peace. But Sally wasn't happy at all. She was disabled and she couldn't use her legs. She didn't know how it was like to run, walk or ride a horse. Everyday she would look outside the window and pray to God. "Dear God, I want to be able to walk like my friends. When will I know how it feels like? Please, hear my prayer and let my dream come true." One day, after breakfast, her friends came. They played games and ate apple pie. But then they left to play in the garden. Sally was alone again. While she was watching her friends from the window, her mother came in. "What's the matter, honey?" "I pray to God every night he doesn't answer. Maybe that's because he can't hear me. I want tp write a letter to God." Her mother was surprised. "Okay, my lovely child. Write your prayer and I'll send it to God." Sally was excited. She wrote down every word carefully and gave it to her mother. "Dear God, I am so thankful for everything that you've been giving to me. But I want freedom. I want to be able to go outside and play with my friends. I want to be free like birds.." Her mother and father read the letter. They felt sorry for their daughter. They wanted her to be happy. And they knew there wasn't a way to send the letter to God. But they didn't wanted their daughter to be dissapointed. So they decided to write a letter back and give her a present. After two days, while they were all having breakfast, her mother gave Sally a letter. "This must be from God" She was so happy. She started to read the letter. "Dear Sally, I know, you want to be free. But freedom is not that. You are already free. You have a 'free heart'. And I can't give everyone everything. But I don't want you to be sad. So I am giving you a chair which will help you to go everywhere. I love you by heart." As she finished reading the letter, her father came in with a wheel chair. Sally was so happy. She sat down the chair and moved around in the house. She went outside and played with her dog all day. She was as happy as she could be. ~the end~

Advertisements should be interesting,creative and useful.Usually they encourage consumers.But this situation is sometimes good and sometimes bad.I think advertisement very important because producers sell their products easily in this way. Advertisements inform people with radios,televisions,newspapers and magazines. Shortly advertisements are everywhere. I think advertisement sometimes disturb people. I hope producers make more useful advertisements.

These stories paint colourful pictures of life in Britain and America in the past.In them we meet some unusual people, such as the old countryman who falls asleep in a grave,the office worker who plans a murder,and the dreamy boy who wakes up one day to find a bird making a nest in his hair.There are funny stories about the tricks people play,and disturbing ones about strange experiences.There is the man who tries to catch a ghost,and the child who grows to depend on his rocking-horse,not for pleasure but for information.
