I couldn't stop thinking about them so I made the comic into a video.

I have SO MANY thoughts about them, especially after the mini Tower Of Tomes visit during Great Hall Arc. It showed both Bel and Olly that Qifrey truly do see Coco as an apprentice to protect and cherish, but at that same point, Olly is still conflicted because yeah leaving your apprentices to chase a brimmed cap in a middle of an enchanted cave is quite an insane move from Qifrey. And also taking in an Unknowing due to her connection to the brimmed. And also-

The point is that, Olruggio must've felt betrayed by being left in the dark about most of these. Yet he SOMEHOW still felt angry towards himself 😭 And after everything, he just wanted to know the whole truth, and for Qifrey to finally open up and let him help. This man. Can you tell he's my favourite

Part 2 was FIRE. Honestly, Verity being obsessive was the most obvious route, especially after what we've been given of his character or what we can piece together (that scrub daddy is LONELY)

In deltarune the bouquet squad are implied humankin/transhuman. How does that translate in your undertale au with them being physically of the human species now? There's also been more readings recently of their story with gender transness/transgenderism in mind (the user stabknives has really good posts on it.) Have you thought on that either?

hello!! i really had to mull over this ask for a while because i found it very interesting lol.

i did think about the transhuman and transgender readings of the flowers during my playthrough of chapter 5 HAHAHA. i’m not really sure how to convey this in bouquettale or through my own words but… i like to think that flowery’s relationship with his identity and species is tackled through his interactions with chara. how so i am not sure yet, but yeah. i didn’t really know how to explain it so i just drew something for it. i think might be a less emphasized part of the other flowers’ stories in bouquettale unfortunately. but i do think all of the flowers have thoughts on their gender identities and how it affects their self or something (likely a more important part of the characters of flowery, blue, and seth?)
