Day 13 - Finalizing everything
We made a big sticker with the logo for on the stand, a banner wit a meaningful message which will be our ‘mental gift’ and a box in which the brandbook will be presented. The box will me painted in the colours of our brand.
Day 13 - Working on the installation
Today a couple of people from the installation team started to finalize the wooden panels for the installation. After this day the installation was ready to be constructed on monday at Het Sieraad.

Today 2 team members started editing the short film video of 30 seconds. The short film will be graphic and psychedelic with lots of color pops. Here you see Ian, one of our models who will also be in the photos of the photoshoot and the Triptych show on Tuesday.

Day 10 - New name
The alteration of the name came after the brand shift from expressive inclusivity to intellectual exclusivity. SUM was a softer brandname, that hinged on the addition of multiple people deciding what the definition of our beliefs are. Our icons were very opiniated, and unapollegetically defensive of them. Thus we decided the name should be more stronger and bolder. To express the playfulness, the alternative, and idiosyncratic elements of our brand, we chose TONIK. Tonic, being an elixir, or a medicinal substance taken for invogorating effect, shows that our brand awakens the pioneer and stimulates being healthy eccentricity.

Day 10 - designteam
The designers started with making the patterns and started on the final designs. The models went to our school to fit the first designs to be sure that the designs fit perfectly on the models.
DAY 10 - brandbook team
Brandbook team working on the visuals and the lay-out of the brandbook. We decided to make not a brandbook, but make seperate pages which will be in the box, so the visitors can play with it. The brandbook has a lot of pages which have a statement on it, so the whole ‘book’ tells the story of our brand.

Inspiration for the videoshoot
Day 10 - videoshoot with models
The models came to fit the first fitting with the clothes the designers made already. After that the had to go the the make-up and hair and they started to film at the HVA building, and used the green building as the ‘green-screen’ so we can edit the background later on. The idea for the video was to film the models alone, sitting on the couch and randomly started making very strange and shocking movements. Tomorrow the edit team will edit the video, so will will have a little teaser for the Facebook.
