Why doesn’t SM let Zhoumi and Henry cover for the missing members in Super Junior?:/ it’s harder work for the other members to cover and learn their parts of the dance all while being tired and having their own personal activities.

Super Junior are doing a great job on their own (look at the Incheon Korean music wave in 2013) but wouldn’t it be easier?

Because when Super Junior cameback, they learnt choreography with 10 member, Henry and Zhoumi didn't join that so they couldn't fill up the squad. That's my opinion ;)

I wonder how things may have gone down differently between the members and Kris if Leeteuk was here and active on SNS. I wonder what Leeteuk would say.

Seriously, I think it won't change too much, cuz that's EXO, not Super Junior. Leeteuk isn't EXO's leader and SM's CEO, so he can't do anything to help EXO and Kris.
