THE MUSE
❝ FULL NAME: Georgina “Georgie” Donati
❝ AGE: 25
❝ OCCUPATION: Bookie for Jason Kane
❝ HOW LONG THEY’VE BEEN IN ALDYRIA: All her life
❝ BIRTHDAY: February 1
❝ FACE CLAIM: Jane Levy; Emmy Rossum
❝ LYRICS FOR YOUR CHARACTER: “I was born in a thunder storm; I grew up over night”
Adoption wasn’t quite as romantic or interesting as finding a small baby on your doorstep, but the Donatis tried nonetheless. They tried since they were married to have children on their own, but it never seemed to be in he cards. So, starting the process of adoption was one they weren’t taking lightly. But they never had a lot of money. Mr. Donati worked long hours in the deli at the grocery store while Mrs. Donati worked as a seamstress and a waitress. They never had a hard time making ends meet, but the process for adoption was hard for the two living in Aldyria. But they never gave up hope, even if they wished it wouldn’t have had to be this way.
Annette Smith really had never been made to be a mother, but she’d been raised to understand that if you got pregnant, you were going to be a mother. So, after a broken condom following senior prom, that was what she was about to be. Her boyfriend decided to join her in being a father, but the truth was he wasn’t husband or father material. There would be fights with Georgie screaming in the background. Both of them were poison for each other that by the time she was three would kill them. Rumors have said it was drugs, others have said guns, but Georgie barely remembers knives to this day. No matter what it was, she was left an orphan.
The Donatis were pulled up in the agency as fit to be her new guardians and Georgina Smith became Georgina Donati several pages of signatures later. The couple gave her all the love she hadn’t had before and she absorbed all she could. Still, the stigma of being the orphan from a teenage pregnancy and an abusive household seemed to catch up with her. In one way or another classmates at school found out about it and cruel words were said to sting. She was told she’d be nothing and while part of her was screaming back the contrary, the other part was putting a foot in the door of falling behind. She skated by through high school, barely doing what she had to and the rest of the time she got involved in parties and crowds that skipped classes to smoke in the girl’s bathroom.
Junior year, everything turned for the worse when Mr. Donati was diagnosed with cancer and they were told there was nothing to do. At the request of his wife, he stopped working and Georgie did what she had to and started working. The fight was hard, but quick. After five months, he died and Georgie and Mrs. Donati were left alone.
Something changed in Georgie after that, she spent less time doing poorly in school doing what she wanted and did poorly because of lack of sleep and bouts of depression. When she wasn’t working multiple jobs, she was an ear for her mother. But what became clear, especially as Mrs. Donati got older, was that money was tough to come by. She graduated just barely and her reward was taking on another job. Still, it was hard and she was lucky if she had enough sleep let alone enough time to eat more than once a day. So, it became her goal to find something else.
And a couple years ago an opportunity presented itself. She got a job at Kane’s Corner and has been doing her best to hide it from her mother. While doing more book keeping and upkeep of the club, she’s still managed to get training in both out of her curiosity and in hopes that she can move forward in the club.

❝ FULL NAME: Reese Tyler
❝ AGE: Thirty-two
❝ OCCUPATION: Mechanic and criminal
❝ HOW LONG THEY’VE BEEN IN ALDYRIA: 6 years
❝ BIRTHDAY: April 9th, 1983
❝ FACE CLAIM: Wilmer Valderrama
❝ LYRICS FOR YOUR CHARACTER: “It chews you up when you feed it, but everyone needs to eat.”
Born the son of a wealthy land developer, Reese grew up knowing all the right people. Their neighbours and community held his father in high esteem, a man with wit to keep him in good graces. He was born to be a gentleman and follow in his father’s footsteps, despite how large and impossible to fill they were. For his sweet and doting mother, though, he would give it his best.
Reese excelled in classes, well mannered and sophisticated. In settings his parents put him in, he easily performed in the way they wanted and expected. Outside of their large home, his lack of filter in conjunction with his tendency to ramble, he found himself creating a divide for himself. While he’d known people to say rushed remarks behind his father’s back, it was different for him to find people openly showing their distaste when it came to him.
A bad reputation traveled fast and it only took a handful of people that Reese had managed to annoy for his parents to hear about it. His father was disappointed in a way that was more angry. The words they shared became sparse, the few now consisting of threats from his father to clean up his act or he would no longer be his son. No longer one for the pressure of the high society he’d been thrust into, Reese left when he was sixteen.
Quickly finding himself some traveling companions, he listen to their stories and learned what they could teach him. It was a good life, he enjoys the sights and the people. It was so vastly different from what he had known. He learned how to feed himself, how to protect himself and easy ways to take care of the minor wounds he seemed to collect from the clumsiness he exhibited. Unfortunately, he had known a life of wealth and without money in his life, he found himself missing it, even craving what it could give him.
At first, it was going after people with small bounties ,the thrill of it enough but the money that lined his pocket was a great comfort, too. The big targets were too much for him, so it wasn’t long before someone hired him and threw him behind the wheel of a truck. From driving other people to merchandise around, it was a good job. The few incidents he had were easily brushed off, his crappy old truck still ran and that was all that mattered.
Older and happier, Reese thrived in his position. It gave him people to talk to, things to listen in on and people came and left more frequently than necessary. It was great, until it all fell apart. The De la Fuenta cartel collapsed, leaving him with nothing but his dingy truck. The years had paid off, the driver had been registered as a driver years before and had everything he needed to cross the border north like he had before, though he wasn’t going back this time.
There were less odd jobs and bounties from him to pick at but he managed, continuing to drive until the truck finally broke down somewhere in Colorado. It was towed to nearby Aldyria and that’s where he stayed, trying to fix the thing up and finding work at a local mechanic shop.
MUSING
Reese was originally an antagonist-turned-sidekick in my nanowrimo story, starting out as a guy whose first real scene involved him getting pushed down a rocky hillside. He spends the rest of the book, from chapter three-ish to chapter twelve, hobbling around on an injured leg while he tries to keep up with three younger, able-bodied companions. He’s usually outgoing, dramatic and talkative, but there are times where he becomes incredibly helpful, reliable and smart, prepared and serious. If he didn’t have an injured leg, he probably would have kicked some ass. There is a scene where he goes from a bubbly shitter to dark, angry and stern, shoot dare glares like daggers and blocking the doorway like a stone statue. A couple paragraphs later, he’s rushing out of the battle zone to cower in the corner with the old lady where it’s safe. He also actively ships the main characters and tries to encourage them to get together, even buying a gift for one to give to the other. Basically, he’s a shit and I love him.

ABOUT THE MUN
Hello, it’s me I was wondering if after all these years you’d like to meet
THE MUSE
❝ FULL NAME: Reina Yolanda Villanueva
❝ AGE: 29
❝ OCCUPATION: Madam at Aldyria Angels
❝ HOW LONG THEY’VE BEEN IN ALDYRIA: Brand new
❝ BIRTHDAY: March 12, 1986
❝ FACE CLAIM: Oona Chaplin back up Eiza Golzalez
❝ LYRICS FOR YOUR CHARACTER: Showered by the empty hopes as I tumble down, falling fast to the ground.
Growing up in Venezuela, Reina had always been a happy girl, full of bright smiles and sweet laughs. Dancing was her life, everywhere she went she was dancing, she even dreamed about dancing. Her parents recognised this in her and signed her up for the classes that she wanted, primarily ballet and flamenco dancing, and she excelled. Not as naturally talented or trained as other girls, she was told only patience and dedication would. Luckily patience was a virtue Reina had always had.
Life seemed like it could be good forever. That was until the drug trade came to their city. Within two years, the city’s crime rate climbed to unbelievable heights. The streets were no longer safe and business, such as the Villanueva’s laundry mat closed down. Reina was fifteen when things began getting tight, everyone had to make sacrifices and that meant no more dancing. It was a smaller sacrifice than the food that no longer graced their tables. They were going to starve without their business. So, as a last resort, Reina’s father went to the cartel and offered them a deal.
Reina for enough money to live comfortably with for years. The trade was made fair because Reina was young and would be looked after. The skin trade was lucrative after all. So the deal was struck and a screaming Reina was ripped from her weeping mother’s arms. From what Reina’s heard, her parents used the money to move to Florida while she was sold into prostitution.
Her desire to dance faded as the job was all she had to focus on. If she did well, she remained unharmed and well fed. If she didn’t, well, there were scars to remind her to be her best. The Cartel life was rough. She had seen more dead bodies than she would like to guess and it made the young woman numb to death and pain that was around her. People died and business went on. It often felt like she died, some time ago in Venezuela where she still danced and smiled.
Years of servitude meant nothing when she was moved to Mexico and sold to the next Cartel boss. The de la Fuente’s were renowned even further south. Reina quickly found her place at the bottom again. She showed that she could dance and lure men in, a perk with you’re selling sex so she rose slowly. A young girl with business savvy and an ability to be kind to new girls and show them the way life was.
Just when she felt like things would be okay again. The cartel fell apart with most senior members being arrested. Reina had been certain she would be set free and allowed to return home. But what home was their to return to? Her parents sold her to criminals and murderers without remorse. So she stayed, taking what money she could and chose to hide out until the members began to reform in whatever form they took. When Diego, the boss’s right hand man came and asked her to move north, she didn’t argue, she just packed a bag.
MUSING
She has an older sister who is married and lives in Portland. She wants to see her but is scared of the consequences.
After a few drinks, she will still Flamenco dance but ballet is reserved just for her and only done in private.
She doesn’t wish to hunt down her parents because of what they did to her.
She is an avid ready but prefers short stories and poems.
There are small scars that line the inside of her arms. They were punishments for misbehaving.
Our member Cain is looking for a father of the son of Shannon Kennedy.
❝ CHARACTER’S NAME: Up to player
❝ AGE: 38-46
❝ FACE CLAIM: Up to player
❝ CONNECTION: Father of Shannon Kennedy’s son, Jackson
SOME BACKGROUND
Met Shannon in her small home town in Alabama when she was 24 (Springtime probably) in the post office she worked. They had a whirlwind romance and quickly moved to Denver together, getting a home and becoming pretty much inseperable. A year later, he left, taking everything she had and leaving her completely broke. Where he went, she didn’t know, nor did he know about their son. Fourteen years have passed since then and now he’s back?
THE PERSONALITY
Very charming but also very sly. Fairly greedy, selfish, possibly manpulative. Possible reason for showing up; randomly in town, looking to get more money out of her, heard about Jackson and wants to take him and raise him as his son or some shit. Basically, this character would be here to start a shitstorm of drama.
Our member Naomi is looking for a right hand for Jason Kane.
