"Why do you say that? I have spent much time with them, and the only thing I can surely say is that they are my classmates. We may not see eye to eye; however, it is a matter of survival to appeal to your peers."

"Yamada-kun is a tad bit different though. He does most of this on his own accord, I only push him every once and a while actually. It keeps him happy after all."

Sulking won’t do me any good, though. You’re a gambler? Quite the surprising talent… But I guess you need everything to make a country running…"

"If you were chosen to attend Hope's Peak, then you must have a lot of talent as being a miko. You should be very proud. Not many are offered this prestigious advantage. As for myself, I am most certainly a gambler. My talent may rely on luck sometimes, but I must also be well versed within game theory. It is not just a simple task, Hiiragi-san."

"Simply put, I am going to arrange an army to capture or eliminate any of the SHSL despair members. Perhaps by driving down their numbers, I can coax Junko out of hiding. Such despairing deaths would be like leading a moth to the flame." Togami replied, sipping his tea when he spoke with absolute certainity that it would work.

He then sighs gently while looking towards the girl silently. He admits that Celestia might have been a ideal woman back in the day with her intellegence, sophistication, and over cultured mind. But the more he remembers the positive, the more he remembers the negative. No matter, she still has her uses. “In any case, once she does come out. Me and my troops will bring her to Justice. But not before I settle things with her personally.”

"I do want to advise you, Togami-kun. You may usher out men to dispose of Enoshima-san, but you must remember that she is the same person who devised the entire scenario from before. I am sure that you know of this, and are considering it within the recesses of your thoughts."

She takes yet another sip of her drink, leering at Togami from the corners of her eyes, her mind at work to make out his sideways glances.

"You quite literally just said you have reasons, and now you’re saying you don’t? Make up your mind, will you? Or, perhaps I should just mark up your strange wordplay to being one of your mind-games.”

"In any case, you’re right. I much prefer my own company, but unfortunately, humans thrive on interaction with others. Of course, I only think it unfortunate because of the company I’m usually forced to take. While they may be an interesting bunch, I don’t exactly derive any enjoyment from being stuck with Hagakure and Asahina and co all the time. They can be very frustrating in anything more than small doses, as I’m sure you’re well-aware.”

"You are free to believe whatever you like, Togami-kun. Whether or not my words were meant to confuse you is entirely your judgement. I trust your decisions."

"Hagakura-kun and Asahina-san are our classmates. Perhaps you should learn to value your time with them? You might be able to understand more about them and your environment through such. This is just some advice though. Do not take it to heart."

"Ah, hello. I’m Kagami Hiiragi, Super High School Level Miko." Kagami felt estrangered meeting so many people. It was a school, though… So why did she felt out of place? "Indeed, we didn’t meet each other. May I ask your name too?"

"It is nice to meet you, Hiiragi-san. You can called me Celestia Ludenberg. Or, if you would prefer, Celes for short. I am the super high school gambler. It is a strange fact that we have not met before; I would think that a super high school level miko would be quite prominent on our campus."

"Nope, if you hear about any fortune teller that can pull off accurate predictions without actually ‘reading’ their clients, it’s a load of crock. Let me put it this way, predicting without trying knowing anything about the person you’re doing the prediction for is like trying to shoot that pebble right next to your foot with a sniper rifle from the moon. It’s a stupid analogy, but that’s the point. There’s no way you would ever be accurate, and the bullet would never even make it that far. It’s impossible.

If you’re looking for a wider target, let’s say the whole world, then you can predict something like that yourself. Even then, it takes hours of concentration and silence.”

"I might be willing to hash out a deal with you, Celes-chan, if you’re curious. A game of chance for one of my readings?"

"As a gambler, I can attest to the uncertainty of fate and predictions. However, I do believe that one can easily predict scenarios without the inclusion of certain types of information. There's a clear logic behind everything. That is what game theory is all about, Hagakure-kun. I suppose we have encountered the probatio diabolica in our conversation though, for I cannot completely disprove your methods of divination and predictions."

"Concerning your offer, I would enjoy such a game. Of course, it would be in our best interests if you explain the terms about it. Then I will fully consider it."

"Yes but proper regulation includes preventing future incidents for the sake of the students. So part of my day is spent making and keeping up good relations with the student body. That is the part I am currently at. This part is only sacrificed in crises." He said before awkwardly transitioning to. "So what are you doing Celes-kun."

"It is a wonder that you are managing to stand on your own two feet after such exhaustive regulations. I would like to know what you mean by 'crises' though. Perhaps you can consider my curiosity as a sort of precaution?"

"As for myself, I am doing wonderful, although slowly losing my patience. I had previously sent Yamada-kun off to the kitchens to make some royal milk tea and he has not come back yet."

I would have thought that you considered such as words of wisdom. As you probably know, the worst you can do is isolate yourself from the world and drown in your own complexes."

"There’s a method to fortune telling, it’s not limited to just a single form of reading, anyone that tries to tell you otherwise is lying. In order to read the person’s future, you have to know their past. That involves readings like taromancy, cheiromancy, and even the ever complicated, numerology. Obviously there are others, but those three I happen to rely on for the first part of the reading.

You have to understand their personality, their fears, their dreams, and properly regurgitate that information back to them in your own interpretation. Whether or not you’re right depends on if you have the gift. If you don’t, you won’t last a month in the game.

There’s a lot more to it than give vague answers that’ll apply to anyone that happens to walk in with troubles. The entire process can take hours, sometimes weeks depending on how deeply rooted the person’s troubles lie.”

"Maybe I can give you a reading to help you with your troubles. I get the feeling that you’re a very complicated person so it would take some time, but who knows, it might actually help."

Both seem to be similar, dependent on the sometimes flawed interpretation of symbols and personality. Nevertheless, many do spend a needless amount of money for both."
