While I appreciate the specifics, is… that really such a good idea?
Not looking too good now, come one Este - really going to let them control you?

Cabin Fever || Alec and Angelie
Angelie didn’t sleep that much on a regular basis, but the night before had been particularly lacking in it. The sporadic nightmares certainly didn’t help either, making her wake up abruptly in the middle of the night, heart beating fast and breaths shallow and quick, mind swimming. It was a wonder that she even managed to drag herself to classes that day—she was sure she must’ve nodded off in at least one of them.
In desperate need of a nap, if she could even manage to fall asleep, she immediately made her way back to her dorm as soon as her last class was over. She didn’t know if Alec shared any of her classes, as she hadn’t seen him in any, but he did say that he hardly showed up. Maybe he skipped again. She must’ve been right, since he was still in the room when she entered, flopping backwards onto her bed and sinking into the covers. “Hi,” she mumbled, shifting and spotting Alec pulling his suitcase from underneath his bed. “Going somewhere?” she asked, her voice louder now that she was slightly more aware. “Did you get that single room you wanted?”
Alec carried on once she entered the room, undoing the zip and starring down at it - wondering what he was meant to pack. Most of the stuff in his room wasn't his - in fact, none of it was. It wasn't his clothes, or his bed = it was Elswood's. Angelie didn't help, maybe it was her choice of words. "Wanted, would imply that I needed something from the shithole." Alec snapped, "No - I didn't." He added a few moments later, clenching his jaw and scratching the back of his head.
"I don't want you to share with me anymore, Angelie." He piped up after a few more moments of interrupted silence. "I'm not an idiot, I know you're suffering. You look shittier than you did before." He muttered, not wanting much of an argument from her, but knew she would give one either way.
I think, between the two, my bet’s on graduation.
I mean, come on, it’s not exactly that bad here.
No - it is. It is that bad here - you may have some weird form of Stockholm syndrome but I don't, got it?
What— what did you have in mind?
Anything and everything.
If you’re aiming to leave somehow, well, I highly doubt trying to get yourself expelled is a good course of action.
Well, graduating isn't on the cards either.
Again, one of my many talents. Don’t be so surprised.
Great. Want to help me get a few over on the staff?
A dictatorship created to keep us away from society while trying to enforce the idea that we’re “normal”.
It’s great.
Sarcasm suits you. Or at least, I hope that was sarcasm.
Does that mean you were watching me shower?
No- I mean, yes bu-
Oh god, I noticed there's a lot of steam but now there's only cold water coming out. It doesn't take much to put two and two together.
It’s one of my many skills, Grayson.
Subject change.
How about your opinion on this place?
Cabin Fever || Alec and Angelie
He had been starring at the ceiling for a while now, the window was open and it was letting in a nice breeze - just like the day before, and the day before that - and the day before that. Angelie was at class, like a normal Elswood student, even though normal was not the word to describe Elswood students at all. On the whole, Alec had been feeling a little better - he had only had a fever and periods of time when he had little to no stomach cramps or nausea. Although 0 he had notice Angelie wasn't looking on top shape, and a few things had been playing on his mind because, well - being sick all the time wasn't normal. People being unwell around him wasn't normal either, and he knew back home people thought he was the cau-
Alec stopped his train of thought. That wasn't his ability. He didn't have one - and even if he didn't, it would be something cool like flexibility or super speed. Although, killing a suspicion was an easier concept than practice, and before he knew it - he was pulling his suitcase out from under his bed. Alec didn't like sharing anyway.
My fist is about to be offensive if you don’t drop it already.
About? You're already offensive, Este.
Not touchy, just stating facts.
Why can’t it be both?
Your tone was defensive.
A threat is a 'if' and a promise is a 'when'.
You still have to make the best of it. What’s the point in doing anything if you don’t at least pretend to enjoy it? I’ll be your friend…
Gee, no thanks.
There’s nothing to talk about. I don’t even know how to do it. But I am really good at making people hit themselves.
Touchy. And is that a threat or a promise?
It wasn’t me. I swear.
I would believe you - but I literally saw you take the last of the hot water.
Yeah, you can. I think I have Doctor Who or something, but most old TV shows bore me even more, so.
Eh, Doctor Who. Beggars can't be choosers after all.
You could ask nicely.
Fine. We’ll talk about the fucking weather.
Don't get pissy - how about we talk about how you can turn people insane? You haven't happened to use that on yourself, quick-fire.
