An illustration I made for Cafebabel Torino. In June, hundreds of migrants ended up stuck on the border between Italy and France, in the small town of Ventimiglia in Liguria. Cafebabel Torino sums up the awful predicament of the refugees camped for days on this cliff, highlighting the inadequate EU migration policy and nationalistic egoism still present in member states.

This is a cover illustration I made for Darket, an Italian DJ of house-electro music and founder of the record label Fuori Mente. This is clearly the villain in my pirate story. I'm still thinking about some details I could add or change, but the general idea of a classy undead pirate intrigues me and I'm gonna keep it.

This is another exercise. I’m looking for a personal style, taking into account the style of the authors I like the most and the kind of story I want to tell. Talking about the colour, the issue is the same as the previous illustration: I think I’m definitely gonna develop a gloomier tone.
