Lunch today was our usual sautéed veggies with brown rice and avocado. 🙌🙌 We left out carrots this time and added sweet potato. So tasty! 😋
Wake up and open your curtains. Your windows too.
Drink some tea or coffee, whatever pleases you. Notice every sip.
Have some fresh fruit and finish breakfast feeling full.
Stand outside and feel the air. Cool or warm, it will make you feel real.
Get some exercise. Yoga to soothe, running to breathe, lifting for strength.
Take care of your body. Have a nice shower and pamper as much as you want afterward.
If you’re going to work, remember you have the chance to make anyone’s day or to ruin it. Act accordingly.
Weed out the bad language. It’s only creating tension in your body and mind. Kind words are infinitely more appreciated.
Take some time each day to improve your mind. Keep reading that great book. Listen to an incredible piece of music. Practice an instrument or a skill. The progress is its own reward.
Pictures will help you remember how wonderful life is. But spend less time on your phone and more time seeing the world face to face.
Go to sleep knowing that you have done well. Tomorrow is there with room to become even better.

When you go out into the woods and you look at trees, you see all these different trees. And some of them are bent, and some of them are straight, and some of them are evergreens, and some of them are whatever. And you look at the tree and you allow it. You see why it is the way it is. You sort of understand that it didn’t get enough light, and so it turned that way. And you don’t get all emotional about it. You just allow it. You appreciate the tree. The minute you get near humans, you lose all that. And you are constantly saying, ‘You’re too this, or I’m too this.’ That judging mind comes in. And so I practice turning people into trees. Why Walking Barefoot Might Be an Essential Element of Good Health By Dr. Mercola
You are an Electrical Being, and the Earth’s Surface is Electrically Conductive. Through this mechanism, every part of the body could equilibrate with the electrical potential of the Earth, thereby stabilizing the electrical environment of all organs, tissues, and cells. Wearing shoes with insulating soles and/or sleeping in beds that are isolated from the electrical ground plane of the earth have disconnected most people from the earth’s electrical rhythms and free electrons.”
To put it simply, it’s thought that the influx of free electrons from the Earth’s surface will help to neutralize free radicals and reduce both acute and chronic inflammation, which is at the root of many health conditions and accelerated aging.

- veggie (and tofu/tempeh) stir fry with rice/noodles - baked sweet potato stuffed with beans, corn, salsa, guac- pasta with tomato/veggie sauce or lentil bolognese - potato or sweet potato fries with guac/hummus- pad Thai- veggie curry or Dahl with rice- bean chilli- vegan mac'n cheese- tofu or bean burgers- falafel with salad, baked sweet potato or quinoa- all the baked veggies- veggie or lentil soup- wraps with refried beans, guac, salad - veggie pizza- a massive salad with different raw and/or roasted veggies, grains, legumes etc
