10 Trucos para controlar el apetito
A todos nos pasa, no nos vamos a engañar, ese momento en el que parece que sólo puedes pensar en comida y piensas “tengo que comer algo o ME MUERO”…
A veces es cierto que tenemos hambre pero muchas otras, sí digo muchas, es nuestra cabeza la que nos juega malas pasadas.
Vamos a ver algunos trucos que pueden ser efectivos para controlarnos y seguir con nuestra dieta intacta. No se trata de ponerlos todos en práctica, o sí, pero sí de encontrar uno o dos que nos sirvan para seguir con nuestro objetivo de adelgazar y no desesperarnos en el intento:
1- Evita el picoteo y comer entre horas: tenemos que establecernos unos horarios y cumplirlos, de esta manera no llegaremos con hambre a la siguiente comida.
2- Mastica despacio: hacen falta unos 20 minutos para que el cerebro mande la señal al estómago de saciedad, si vamos con calma, nos damos nuestro tiempo para masticar y saborear, controlamos más los que comemos y comeremos menos.
3- No hacer la compra con hambre: así evitaremos comprar antojos.
4- Comer en entornos tranquilos: ni frente al televisor, porque comeremos distraídos y más de la cuenta.
5- Aumentar el consumo de fibra: es una buena aliada gracias a que se digiere más lentamente y da sensación de saciedad durante más tiempo.
6- Mantenerse bien hidratado: porque además bebiendo agua conseguimos un efecto saciante. Si nos ataca el hambre nos tomaremos un vaso de agua.
7- Duerme lo suficiente: si no nuestras hormonas del apetito estarán desequilibradas y será más fácil que comemos mal.
8- Controlar las emociones: porque a veces no comemos por hambre si no por ansiedad o aburrimiento, y encima comemos lo que no tenemos que comer.
9- Evitar alimentos que incrementen el hambre: vamos, los dulces, pasteles, pastas…
10- Practicar deporte de manera regular: nos ayudará a entretenernos y motivarnos.
