(NewLeaf) CASE FILE: PALENA-0139-04 The incident happened around 7 pm at Verona Apartment Complex, Palena Street. A neighbor reported a fight happening in the 2nd floor hallway, they identified the aggressor as the next door neighbor of Unit 9. The complaint observed that his neighbor (Mason Conley) acted strange for the past 3 days as he seems to act more aggressive with a pale face, and grumbling noises. As the VOW Investigators arrive at the scene to arrest the aggressor, they find the body of Mason Conley in the alleyway. The VOW Disease Control arrives later to secure the body safely for an autopsy report, it is concluded that Conley has been infected by the M-Virus and his death was caused by an unknown bullet wound which is found in the chest and forehead. Team S gathered more information about a young woman. The landlord gave her statement; a few minutes earlier, she was approached by a young woman carrying her green messenger bag attached with a frog keychain, she was asking for directions to Mason’s room to deliver Conley's food order. The bystander saw the same figure with a bag flying out of the window. After the search, Team S has not located the victim around the vicinity. There is a possibility that the victim is in contact with the M-Virus, this will cause local contamination breach if the victim is not quarantined soon. Sovereign orders all VOW Force track down the infected victim to be quarantined or be killed.
