Hi, I might need a little more time for the commissions and the comic

My arms are too shaky to draw

The woman who originally brought me the kitten has become suspicious of everything I did to save him

She questioned why I immediately started treatment after his blood test showed life-threatening anemia, why I opened a fundraiser, and why I asked friends to help take him to injections while I was working long shifts

I tried to explain everything and shared the veterinary reports, but she still believed my actions were suspicious

She talked crazy nonsense

We had a fight, and I blocked her

Today she came to my apartment building, banged on my door, and asked my neighbors where I was

That honestly scared me

I've never been in a situation like this before

Because of everything that's happened today, I'll most likely need to postpone the next comic update until August 7th. I'll also start catching up on commissions tomorrow, as I don't feel capable of working properly today

Kitten update

I took him to another clinic, one of the best in my city, where they ran much more thorough blood tests

The good news is that his hemoglobin has finally started to increase. But his white blood cell count is still rising, which isn't a good sign

For now, the vets want to try treating him with injections and medication because it's very difficult to find a blood donor in my city

If he continues to improve, he may be able to recover without a transfusion. However, he's still in critical condition

I'll be giving him antibiotics at home and taking him to the clinic for his injections every day

I don't know how long the treatment will take, but at least we have some improvement

I had to leave my job because it wrecked my health

I used to work in a cold storage warehouse
