Are you feeling a little boxed in lately? Are you missing the liveliness of gallery openings, the camaraderie of a busy art studio?  While we can’t bring these things back to reality, we’re setting up a virtual meet up for comic artists.
Pulp deLuxe and TMH present : 24h Comics Square
This online event will take place on the 16th of May (starting at 18h (CET)) until the 17th of May.
The challenge is simple:
Subscribe with a link to your website and/or Instagram page.
Make during the 24h Comics Square a finished story of 12 pages in 24 hours, theme of your choice, square format.
Your page will be linked on Pulp deLuxe where you can also see others people’s work listed.
After confirmation of your subscription you will get an invitation for the Jitsi Meeting Room* which will be the heart of the event.
During the 24 hours, find other participants on the 24h Comics Square (on Jitsi*)! Share a chat and a drink, come in when you want, leave when you want and watch out for a mini concert to keep your drawing moods up.
Basically a lil virtual Montmartre but with comic artists! And totally contamination free.
If you are not a comic artist, you can follow the 24h Comics Square via the live stream on Pulp deLuxe.
Registration is possible until Thursday 14 May at midnight (CET).
Be there, don’t be there, either way it’ll be a square.
