New Garmin, Who Dis?! š šššš Feels good to be back to my beloved @garminfitness forerunner series. This is my first time in the 945 so I took it out for a quick spin. . . Today I am able to get back to my regular pre-injury workouts with @orangetheory. I was able to start at my regular treadmill speeds and even row. My hand is still healing but could lift with weights a bit as long as my brace was on. I canāt do push-ups or anything like that but really happy with my adjustments during this time of injury. I learned how to get powerful workouts with modifications and improve form overall. Back to business it is for hitting my marathon in April. #justrunalex #keepburning http://bit.ly/2HytXDC

First run outside since my first injury with my foot. Took it nice and easy and really happy to be running. However, as you can I somehow messed up my hand (thumb sprang). Finished up with the specialist office and I can start back running in 4-5 days. I canāt do any hill training for a bit, which is what caused the issue. (To many hills, inclines for several weeks.)
