The "fun" fact that I noticed is that the entire world is suffering from the "benefits" of AI at the expense of ordinary US citizens. Like every single politician who has approved of building AI data centres has come to the conclusion that you (I am not an American and I count my blessings for that) all are not important at all and that the corporations making money needs more help from the government than actual people. So that's why they keep underpaying and overcharging you for everything and create complicated chains of businesses so all the money can be consumed by the middlemen without providing you any meaningful services.
@shittysawtraps
jigsaw apprentice here! this is actually a common misconception. the blades on the wheel actually cause you to be a better driver, because you’ll be more careful driving if you’re worried about hurting yourself. additionally, you’ll also learn a valuable moral lesson about that thing you did that one time. you know the one. happy driving!
This is shitty for two big reasons, not thick enough for a grip, and no horn. Like if it were supposed to be a saw trap, they could have embedded nine inch nails to actual steering, a powerful shock pad on the horn, and more nails on the airbags so they'll make sure and try their best not to get it deployed.
It is as if "protect the children" is a dog whistle for "obey me or die"
The best solution to "protect the children" argument is use it back at them and raise all the issues that's currently plaguing the society because eventually the children will use what we leave behind for them, even as basic as universal access to medicine regardless of what medicine as long as it is for their benefit (which obviously includes puberty blockers for trans kids) and other similar measures.
Also, one good way to permanently shut them up is to ask them if they are willing to adapt one (1) kid from the orphanages, after all that's also part of the categorisation of "children". This way, we can push the idea of abortion on them, like yes, the kid's parents obviously didn't have the means and so that kid is in the orphanage hoping the state can do better, and if that's not working then maybe they should support better funding for childcare in orphanages.
Every bigoted point has a way to be shut down, all it needs to be done is ask them publicly about the better alternatives, thus shaming them for having said opinions.
So billionaire CEOs of medical development companies in the US cut funding for medical developments and enrich themselves and are now shocked that their monopoly is getting dismantled because someone else is now doing that funding in their own companies and are getting better at it???
Instead of just one person complaining about their taxes being increased, how about the common people, living paycheck to paycheck, complain that they are being taxed too much and would like some tax reliefs...?
And when that dysfunctional family member hits the "Make me the villain and hate me for it," it should be retorted with "Stop being the villain, take responsibility and improve. You'll automatically be not hated for your actions/words."
Marco Rubio is a first generation Cuban immigrant who hates immigrants.
He will starve Cuba out of spite, longing for pre- Castro Bautista authoritarianism.
You couldn't create a bigger asshole, all coked up during congressional hearings.
Marco's tweet should have been followed by "On <insert date here> the world marks 1 year since the Trump Administration ordered ICE to attack thousands of US citizens all across the country. Those who sacrificed to uphold their unalienable rights of free expression and peaceful assembly will be vindicated when the current members of the administration will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."
The job of the therapist will be reduced by 50% when everyone gets paid a living wage...
Kinda makes you wonder what those Christians are harvesting…
Fuck Erika Kirk and her demented death cult of crazy conservative cunts. We need to vote out every wretched Republican from the federal government all the way down to local city councils and school boards!
"Make Heaven Crowded", so how many are going to drink the kool-aid to do that literally...???
Needed that division to help the phlegm clean our air input, also imagine that one single nostril getting blocked and no matter which way your head turns the blockage is not clearing.
That's exactly what Luigi did and look how many people who would have been denied insurance got that insurance money for their treatment...
Don't forget they also want your data
Big Tech claims that their AI has intelligence levels that match the average human. It matches because the standards of human intelligence has been dragged down. Thst's also why they can easily trick the average human into giving up their data for free and in return charge you for their "services".
