I don’t want a continuation of XXXHolic Rei. What I need is a prequel series featuring the story of Ichihara Yuuko and Clow Reed. Give me the story that started this whole multiversal saga. Tell us why Clow Reed missed her so desperately that his wish to see her eyes one more time literally tore apart time and space. Show us how the greatest magician of all time met his match in the witch of dimensions. Expand upon the glimpses of their life together we got from the audio drama, the little family they created with the Mokonas, the idyllic home they shared seemly outside space and time. Show us Clow’s grief and loneliness. Show us how magic, which had been a source of delight for him to harness for his inventions and pranks in the past increasing slipped from his control as his power grew and ultimately became the burden that crushed his life
