@leylaayilmaz
"Leyla, I am in big trouble." She wasn't. "Spencer will hold today over my head forever." He won't, or maybe he would bring it up, but only in jest as most of their past mistakes that have since been resolved do. Nonetheless, Alexis knew Leyla was a safe space for her to release her overdramatic tendencies and have it be accepted. "I very obviously did not bid for his date, when I gave him so much crap when he did not bid for mine."
@amescastaignede
"Sooo, I saw you bid on Amsterdam..." Alexis noted innocently as she sidled up to Amélie. "Are you sure you bid on the one you wanted? There were two of them up for grabs if I remember correctly."
Where: Valentine's auction
@mobscene-starters
"Clearly the men of London share a limited pool of brain cells, if these date options are anything to go by." Which only made it harder to guess which date belonged to her husband. Men. "What's your guess for the most bids? TWI will have a field day if it's the abandoned theater."
"The fact that it already has multiple bids and about to reach £100 means there's at least 2 people picking up what the guy was putting down, and I think that makes him the true winner." Alexis laughed. There was truly someone for everyone.
"Honestly, a lot of the dates look fun, but I'm still at that stage where some of them are just...a lot? I kind of just want to put my feet up or lay down, have some peace and quiet without the kids for a night." A more well-rested version of herself would have loved all the sight-seeing, the drinking and dancing, the lap of luxury at someone else's expense. However, with a newborn, a two-year old and at least one teenager at home to look after, Alexis had warmed to the idea of simpler pleasures. "I sound like a boring old hag, don't I?" she teased.

Leyla: Call me in like 5 minutes & pretend you have an emergency. k. thanks.
Alexis (5 mins. later, call): LEYLA THANK GOD. I think something popped and I'm in a lot of pain. I don't know what to do. Should I go to the A&E?
@BerkeleyMP: 💜 Ines. 2/1/26.

Yvonne: You know that three day hangover I was complaining about? Yvonne: [picture of positive pregnancy test] Yvonne: Turns out it wasn't a hangover.
Alexis: OMG THAT'S AMAZING NEWS
Alexis: The pregnancy, not the not hangover / actually morning sickness.
Alexis: But congratulations to you and Félix, Yvonne! 🎉🎉
@mobscene-starters Location: The Canal, Camden. Dated: 19/7/24.
Well, it wasn't exactly reminiscent of summers spent in Amalfi, but what they had put together was charming. Then again, given it was Camden, she supposed it'd always seem charming without the usual loonies shouting their doomsday prophecies from the bridge. Trading them out for sfogliatelle? Ideally, a permanent fixture...
It'd been the plan to stay for the wine tasting, getting sufficiently buzzed in a way that seemed classy for a day drink, before heading home and passing out on her couch. As it were, Nora's friends had managed to convince her to stay out for what was being referred to as the 'after party.' And a party it was. Any sense of Italian class had been washed away in a sea of limoncello and Peroni, and as the band played traditional-feeling music that made her feel she could've been sat poolside in Palermo, she couldn't help but feel glad she'd agreed.
"I am not drinking all of those," she stated, as though the passer by might be looking on in judgement. The tray of sambuca shots she was attempting to ignore was a little too close to university era than she liked, and her friends had left her in search of more food with enough that it might seem she had a problem. "Feel free to help yourself. Alcohol you don't have to pay for is the best kind."
I am not drinking all of those.
"She's right, I am." Alexis jokingly corrected as she returned to the table with a basket of focaccia and some cheese. Setting the food down, she quickly passed a shot to the passer-by before they could scurry away. "Salute!" Alexis raised her own glass to the stranger as well as Nora before downing its contents. As if it were a piece of lime, the brunette followed the shot with a bite of bread before turning to her friend. "But seriously, Nora, you need to help me with these. You don't want me to die of alcohol poisoning right? Think of my children. They're all so young save for Spencer."
alexislarsson: To my lovely Willow, you have been a true gift and blessing in our lives the moment you became a part of it. Your little laughs and smiles has brought me incomparable joy that makes all the late nights, all my worries and overwhelm worth it. Happiest first birthday, my dear.

Jessica: Alexis, please answer your phone. Jessica: I need one of you to reply for the love of God. [4 minutes later] Jessica: ALEXIS.
Alexis: ???
Alexis: What's happening?
Alexis: Willow ran a fever so I went home to check on her.
Sveta turned to face Leyla fully, arms crossed as her head tilted to the side in primal observation. There'd never been blowback for Sveta's little incident, and while she bred children for the good of her family, it'd merely been out of obligations she felt. By that, she'd been surprised, impressed even but her face held no reverence
She watched, calculating and taunting as her features curved upwards, menacingly.
Unfolding her arms, she raised her hand in a short wave, eyes blazing before turning to place her hand on Pavel's arm, as they excused themself from Vitaly, and they walked towards the selection of rooms of the Berkeley Estate.
A wave? She waved at her?
What the hell was that supposed to mean? She thought that the whole business, the whole thing was finished simply because Leyla had not uttered one word to a single soul ever since it happened?
But she waved?
Did that mean something? Did it mean she was getting ready for round two? Was that why the other giant kept popping in her way? But what she could have to offer? No... That was no longer the case, now she was tied to Laurent even more so.
If anything, the last thing she needed to do was die because that... That just wasn't what she was going to do.
But she waved.
So there had to be something brewing, right?
Leyla took a deep breath, trying to steady herself, trying to smile at the others who walked by and say hi. And yet, there was a full chaos in the pits of her stomach.

"Hey, who needs to be the baddest bitch or biggest maneater? Sass queen, now that's amazing. It basically makes you a bad bitch already. And with that kiss?? You'll have a line of people wanting to hit you up—men and women. Legends only."
@ceceliaahathaway
"Cecelia Hathaway, I must confess to you my crimes. First is not making my way to you as soon as I saw you to tell you how magnificent you look tonight. Second is taking too long to thank you in person once again for helping Spencer and I with our flowers. Godsend that you are. Please tell me I'll be seeing you later the after party, I must make it up to you."
REACTION: Problematic Fave @laurent--stpierre / @spencerberkeley
@mobscene-awards
"I swear it's like they are the same person."
@val-dautremer
"Hey, congratulations to you and Yves for Best Couple."
It was hard to forget the teary-eyed woman who congratulated her last year. Harder to miss the bump she was now carrying. "As well as to your new addition. You two must be ecstatic. Is this your first?"
