Ladies you need to normalize being spoiled and taken care of. The best way to do this is through self care. I don't just mean face masks or nice baths. Take yourself out on dates, do a little shopping when you feel like it because of the fact that you deserve it, buy yourself flowers and nice things. You will automatically expect the same from a man, in fact it will come natural for a man to spoil you because he sees you already having that expectation because you do it for yourself.
