yayyy university housing! i hope you guys like this! pls feel free to drop some advice. also im lazy to type up commentary lol. also dont mind the random clutter im really tired lmao. enjoy ur day everyone!

i think this is the super tiny studio in this building called medina or something. 

anyways this apartment in general has really weird themes cause i made it at different times but maybe thats good too. the living area and the kitchen is very lively and full of color, but the bedroom and bathroom is more toned down, calm and classy. but idk pls give advice

another update on the dorms! these are the shared spaces of the people at this dorm building.

photo 1 - waiting area next to lift. i thought that the students could read or just sit there when waiting for friends.

photo 2 - a little cafe that open every morning on the weekdays. still gonna work on this area

photo 3,4,5 - shared studying/lounge area. students can choose to either work together in areas like the 3rd and 5th photo, and students can work more alone i guess with those walls that give them more privacy in the 4th photo.

photo 6 - shared bathroom between two dorms. (see this post for more context) i feel like this was badly designed, i still probably need to work on the floor plan more for this one. but basically the two showers are at the end, whats in front of them are toilet cubicles that are fully closed from the floor to the ceiling, and then in front of that is a sink. please do give me some ideas haha this floor plan wouldnt be super realistic i guess.

update on the dorms! i made 2 dorm suites for some reason bc idk how college dorms work lol. the dorm suites include their own private bathroom, balconies and small sitting areas/living rooms. 

photo 1 : thats the smaller suite i made, it was hard for me to take a photo of the little sofa area in its narrow corridor bc im still kind of new to sims stuff and all that. the tv is actually on the wall thats on the end of the bed but it was hard to take a photo.

rest of the photos : thats the larger suite! it has a theme of green cause idk the person in the dorm likes green?
