Wonder Woman || Alice's Epilogue
It took a lot of courage, but when Alice finally walked into the security office one day, she handed in her letter of resignation and proudly walked out. She had received paperwork saying she was accepted into a nearby college, and she continued her education while living in her little house near Parkwood. She never could leave her brother and all those she loved, but there was something more to her story than simply being a security guard. She'd always wanted to help people, to protect them, to save them.. and she knew that there had to be a more positive way to do so than being thrown into an asylum.
She called Cassidy after graduating with a new idea to help those young women who were less fortunate than the general population. Those people who were forgotten by society, those people who reminded her so much of herself. The two were extremely successful eventually, and soon Compassionate Care, their group home that had nothing to do with medicinal marijuana, was a worldwide name.Â
Alina grew up happy, despite Alice's constant worry that she would resent her for growing up without a father. Cassidy stuck around to help with Alina, the two fondly watched the child as she changed from a toddler to a child to a preteen to a teenager and eventually, an adult. She was the exact mirror of Alice, beautiful and radiant, but most of all, she was given her mother's ability to love people with everything she had, even when those people didn't necessarily deserve it. With Alice and Cassidy's help, Alina was put through college, and she joined the two of them in their mission to serve the underserved women.Â
Alice never lost touch with her brother, her only family, and she eventually searched to find Avery. The meeting was less than friendly, but Alice knew that to close that chapter of her life, she needed to explain. The two parted ways, and they never saw each other again. The house the blonde had grown up in was torn down, and it was eventually used to further the care given to both men and women who needed help. It was one of the proudest days of Alice's life, to watch the house that was once so filled with hate and destruction be turned into something beautiful and full of love. Still, Alice rarely frequented that house, usually sending Cassidy to work there.Â
She never married or had any other children. Cassidy, Alina, and Kyle would always be enough for her.Â
And, she finally had the happily ever after she always dreamed of..Â
