how to make your own gif stamp!
1.find any gif you like
2.put filter or any modification that interest you on it with CapCut
3.find a stamp border there are loads on devian art
4.youll also need to use https://ezgif.com/video-to-gif/ezgif-24547a9a19d4ad.mov.html if your gif is saving as a video so you can convert it to gif
5.in CapCut add an overlay to your gif what overlay you ask well whatever border you chose (it’ll save as a video but it doesn’t matter because you can use https://ezgif.com/video-to-gif/ezgif-24547a9a19d4ad.mov.html to make it a gif)
6.resize to your desire in https://ezgif.com/video-to-gif/ezgif-24547a9a19d4ad.mov.html for me 260 to 160 worked pretty good and that’s all
