Excited! 😍 21 Day Fix was how I started my weight loss journey a few years ago. Two years ago I reached my goal weight. You can only imagine my excitement, not only because I was satisfied with my weight but because I was comfortable with my body and my self esteem was never better. Last summer my body became home to the most precious little peanut. Pregnancy wasn't the greatest for me, I had a lot of restrictions and so I wasn't able to excersise as I normally did. With the lack of excersise came boredom and cravings, also likely due to my pregnancy and so my diet became fairly crappy... Little bear is almost 6 months old now and momma is getting back to being healthy because little bear deserves a momma that is able to chase her around. As a mother I feel it is my responsibility to teach her to be the healthiest that she can be.
