“Thank you. ♪ I like your name as well — very lovely.~” Lyla blushed lightly a shade of rosy pink, indistinguishable underneath the sunshine. She has started to genuinely believe that merely engaging in conversation with an individual can reveal their true colors, or at least lower their walls. Alice may not follow through with the claims affirmed by her neighbors. And for the first time, it would be acceptable. Everyone deserves an opportunity to prove themselves to hold kindness.
“I love the weather when it’s not too cold and not too hot — just right. Though I must agree, the warmer weather is more comfortable and the availability of flowers to grow is more diverse. ♥” Her tension building formerly inside her shoulders finally relieved, arising a newfound comfort in the woman of power’s intimidating presence. “Ah, yes! I sell flowers, flower seeds, bouquets — things like that. I hope to start selling flower crowns and other floral decór and accessories.”
“Would you like to come inside for a little bit? If you aren’t busy, of course — I understand someone in your position has lots of work to do, yet a break can never hurt anyone. ♪”
She seemed very sweet, almost to a fault. Alice couldn't help but look down upon her. Those types of people were best stepped upon, or put to work on menial tasks. It had worked well for her this far.
"Oh yes, for sure. It would bring more people to you, yes? And keep you busier and more profitable for more inventory." The other woman relaxed and Alice couldn't help but smile to herself. "Well I'm sure if the customers keep coming then I'm sure you'll be able to expand your shop." She placed her hands on her hips, and her eyes stayed on the shop itself. It could be improved, but it was very quaint.
She was so polite and Alice gave her a smile. "I'd love to, actually. If it's not an inconvenience to you. I'm not the only business owner that has a busy schedule and things to do, I'm sure. Your store looks very cute."
